Mass claim pros: Mafia less likely to fake PR. I've already softclaimed. I can potentially resolve a counterclaim scenario.

His solving is genuine, easiest way to put it. Been pretty solid throughout. At one point it was just gut but there's nothing he's done that's really changed that. If he's scum it's only with one of you, not Ico. Bussing in limlo is dangerous and I don't see Chem doing that for as little reason as he did today.
