If they do so correctly, the Paragons will immediately win and all other players will lose. At the end of the Guess phase, the paragons may collectively guess one pair of players. If both of those players are mafia, the Town AND Paragons win!

5. Try not to allow outside influences to affect the game.

8. I will change these at any time for the integrity of the game or if I think it will increase the enjoyment of the players.

The Rules: This Game1. Deadlines are irrelevant for the dayphase of this game. If the game is stalled with no forward momentum, I may institute a deadline that will allow the paragons to make an additional alt-guess if reached. This deadline will be announced at least 96 hours in advance.

2. The Paragons will have 48 hours from the point when the flip is posted to make their scumteam guess. Players may discuss in the thread during this time, although they are under no obligation to do so.

3. Activity is required for non Paragon players. Please post at least once every 48 hours until the elimination. If you cannot do so for whatever reason please declare V/LA. An excessive number of prods, an excessively long V/LA, or a failure to respond to a prod in 24 hours will result in a force replacement. Paragon players do not have an activity requirement.

4. If you ask me a question in the game thread, please bold it so that I can see and respond to it as soon as possible.

5. Please do not spoil the endgame for the Paragons as scum, even if you have already lost the game.

6. If you alt slip, you are required to quote said slip from the correct account. This directly harms your wincon, so I suggest you not do it.

Players have until (expired on 2021-04-08 20:13:26) to make contentless ego posts if they desire to do so, but I would strongly advise that you not do so if you expect alt slipping will occur.

RULES CLARIFICATION!

Town players will lose if the paragons identify all of the secret identities. The "You win if the paragons guess correctly" portion of the Town Role PM refers specifically to the guessing of the scumteam.

All factional PTs are open for the full duration of the game, yes. Also, the thread will not lock after the elimination and the eliminated player will not be unable to continue posting.

This proposed sequence of events cannot happen.

The guess of all alt identities must be submitted before the elimination to be valid, and if it is correct the game will end immediately, meaning no scum can be eliminated.

I cannot at the moment, no, because I'm already in the queue to run a different game. I intend to rerun this setup in the near future (and in fact have multiple paragon pre-ins already) and am also willing to backup mod/provide alts for anyone who would like to run it themselves.

wrt the Paragons having a harder game this time around that was 100% intentional. In previous BoP runs the Paragons and Town had no real discernable difference in their motivations, leading the Paragons to basically be ICs. This time I intentionally wanted the town and Paragons to work against each other, and I think it turned out well. At least, I enjoyed it.
