I will try to do a post game writeup tomorrow, but let me just take a moment to explain the issues with the setup for those who were unclear.
I did not check the setup page to ensure fully accurate information when /inning to mod. There was, at the time, a typo saying there were 3 scum and two town. This was pointed out to me by someone who didn't actually join the game, and was changed after the setup was in signups. Additionally, there were two MAJOR changes to how this game works: the replacement is death change and the fact that players could join midgame. Both had reasons they existed, but in my opinion negatively impacted the game overall. This was further exacerbated by my not emphasizing them fully. Both rules were included in the /in to mod post, but should have been given emphasis in my Rules post.
The reason for the ability for Paragons joining midgame was to allow the setup to fire as soon as the minimum number of players had signed up without having additional time for paragons to potentially join with a full setup sitting in the micro queue. I don't think that this is worth the potential negative impact of the post start insertion of players in hindsight.
The reason for the replacement is death rule was because allowing replacements significantly impacted the Paragon wincondition of alt guessing, more so than in a normal game. It was expected that the game would run fairly quickly (both town and scum have an incentive of coming to a quick decision to prevent paragon from claiming the solo win, which in turn makes a townwin less likely due to less deliberation time). I do feel bad that this negatively impacted the chances of the scumteam winning based on factors outside their control.
