Why did you do this when kdowns was going to hammer?

Thats a weird question. What motive do you think I had for doing it? I unvoted for 2 reasons, 1 because I thought cherry dog was also a reasonable wagon, and 2 because I thought by unvoting then, some of the people continously threatening to hammer you might actually vote such that I could finish the job (note that both kdowns and cherry eventually did)

Well then my issue here is that I think most players play reactively by default? Its certainly not the best way to play as town imo, so I feel your reasoning isn't entirely flawed, but you are still missing underlying factors.

There are a couple ways I can explain this kill.

Firstly, mala actually was very obv town, so the weird thing isn't so much mala dying, but that neither me nor CES did.

So to explain that:
1 Incompetence (I'm not sure who this points to).
2 CES is scum and is either scheming something I don't understand, or more likely, foresaw the trap I was setting for scum!CES given the mechanic, it was a rather obvious trap.
3 Quilford is scum and didn't want to kill within the group of Me/CES/Quilford because we were the ones highlighted as plausible bussers, didn't want to narrow his scapegoat options.

Pedit2 : Hmm, I'm not sure T-Bone is an obvious kill choice to me given N1 info.
