If Xegar, is a day town vig, why did he shoot town IC? can you explain that?

Like I said, they obv hated each other.

Why would I admit to doing something like that as scum? That's suicide.

My guess is that Xegar was sick of Chk flip or vice versa, and, since Xegar had the opportunity to kill chk, he did. Why? That's beyond me. I can only guess.
