Umm, answering with perhaps is the definition of wishy washy.

And asking for extra info from people is generally considered scummy, so in a vacuum I can see how someone looking in from the outside could see what I asked as scummy. My intentions were pure though.

I'm not crazy about the konowa shot, but I don't think that's how scum would approach it.

The page 4 shot only makes sense if he was doing it for dayvig towncred, but there's little reason not to milk it for maximum towncred by waiting later in the day and just shooting whichever town player is being mostly scumread.

The even more likely scum use would be to wait until lylo and use it before then only for survivalism. The list of bracketed power-types doesn't include "[Day 1]" which would be the only reason I can see that he wouldn't save it.

But in a power heavy game such as this wouldn't scum dayvig act early? Not alot of connections are made and the wifom is strong. Plus he knows he is hitting a pr. The town motivation seems minimal.

I stand by me having a good town motivated reason to me thinking it may be a good reason for everybody to claim their scummer. The onus is one you to see it(or I guess see it and mislynch me).

I am not going to just say it since scum could easily just say 'oh hey that is me, I am totally town guys'.

If I knew who everyone is than at least I have the knowledge of another townie and then if that person is in danger of being lynched or even if it close to endgame I could clear somebody. Does require some trust I get it, especially I thought about it I could see how people could think it is a scum move who has some insider info, or even a lyncher looking for his target.

Though if I am lynched I guess I need to spill the beans anyways. And based on my scummer I really don't see how who your scummer is gives role info away. Didn't FG even say that your scummer is just for flavor?

Sheeping kagami a bit in regards to chamber. He jumped on me quickly and never looked back, never even gave it any sort of thought. And thank he just stepped back and allowed the wagon to grow.

For anything who has played with him, is he the type to do something like this on day one?

It would make me somewhat suspicious that the scumteam is bulletproof or something like that.

FG likes superficially powerful roles that are actually negative utility in the context of the setup.


There are several aspects of the claim that are fishy. One is that FG had implied he would strongly consider an informed-like fake-claim in the future. Otherwise, Fudu's handling of it is decidedly strange, especially given that DV had softed his flavor from his first post (though I didn't realize DV was an aussie; it's reasonable that neither did fudu).

That said, it's clear that fudu had his claim in mind from the beginning, however suboptimal his handling of it was.

What makes you think it has to be a fake-claim? I would not put it past FG to include it as a scum role, especially given the probability of this game being a troll FG setup.

Why can't you see that it may be a legit town claim? This is what I am talking about, you took one possible scenario and ran with it without even considering any other possibility.

I claimed informed villager and said that I knew deasvail is in this game and is aligned with town. Bpc claimed that scummer and a bread crumb that is pretty convincing was presented(along with his avatar).

So if you iffy on bpc than you also think I am scum, it is either one or the other with us.

God dammit, chamber has zero reasoning for voting me......how did no one else see it?

I knew asking if we should claim our scummer would come off as scummy. I didn't think everybody would just blindly follow chamber though.

Also I should have done research on my scummer beforehand so I would have picked up bpc's crumb.
