It's interesting that the option for 2 scum is not considered.

Sure there could be 3 scum divided between 2 factions. I was thinking Scum might be evenly balanced between themselves.

And it's not "interesting," really. Something to note, maybe.

Anyway, the reason I was looking at 1 or 2 members per each team relates to the lack of night kills and what looks like a town-heavy unbalance in the game.

If there's only 1 member in Faction A, Hopkirk's, then Faction A is done. There still should have been a kill from Faction B last night, though. But maybe Faction B's kill was blocked.

So does Town have a Role Cop, something like a PGO, a SooperDooper Townie, and some sort of roleblocker? 4 PR's - that's a lot. Are the rest of us all VTs or are there even more, as yet unclaimed, PRs out there?

The math here is one of the reasons I find TSO's & FuDuzn's story suspicious.

Klingo, this is a game where roles are pretty randomized.......there could be lots of power roles for both sides(assuming it is only town vs scum). Not quite bastard, but you get my point......I hope. Also, you are jumping to a few concurrent there.

I'm not jumping to any conclusions. Here are the possibilities:

1. Hopkirk was the sole member of Faction A.
2. Hopkirk was a member of Faction A with either MTD or NS.
3. Faction B has a sole member - either MTD or NS.
4. Faction B has 2 members - you and TSO, or MTD and NS.

My conclusion:
Each faction has 2 members.
You and TSO are scum. So is one of MTD and NS.

You two should be lynched today. Whoever survives the NightKill should lynch MTD and ND tomorrow.

FuDuzn announces on Day 2, out of the blue, that he's a role cop. He declares you're Town.

Well, that's all well and good, he could be a role cop, but there's nothing at all to indicate that he's Town. He could just as easily be a Mafia Role Cop.

Now, TSO, you jumped on Hopkirk for the "are there 2 factions" post. You tunneled him to his lynch. All good. So why did you not get on FuDuzn for claiming role cop with no provocation? Why did you not point out that being role cop doesn't prove that he's town?

Is your game slipping all of the sudden?

I was soft claiming rolecop because I was trying to goat TSO into a lie. I have no way of knowing if he is town or scum, but given the nature of that role I would doubt he is scum. And another thing about the role is that I don't mind outing him since it makes for an unnattractive night kill and as a whole a town rolecop is pretty useless so if I find something helpful i might as well use that info before I am.potentially lynched or night killed.

And frankly, the more active people seem to be town. And let us forget my derp scum hunting of you.....heh.

Why's this funny? There's a couple of possibilities on why no kill ocurred (one of them being that if we're dealing with Two 2-faction mafia teams in the first place, then the kills could be compensate for 5 townies to start with.

But why aren't you exploring FuDuzn's claim and going straight for a half-punitve lynch for flaking? Have you played with MTD before? Is he likely to flake from scum slots? I feel that with a long day it's kind of counterproductive, especially if ?*in case of multiball* there could be 4-5 townies left (depending if it is multiball AND the Mafia factions are assymetrical).

I plan on voting for FuDuzn as soon as Maruchan posts MTD's lynch votes.

I made a mod error in some of the night actions, that were just corrected. The error in no way shape or form should affect what has happened since night ended.

Those involved were notified of the error, and notified of the fix.

MTD has been prodded for failure to pick up day start PM. Failure to pick up prod in 24 hours will result in a replacement

FuDuzn is by no means confirmed town, but the best vote here is either MTD or Dessew, Dessew's claim pending.

TSO, I got an investigation result on Dessew. For now he's Town.

That's not to say that the investigator isn't insane, or that he's not a Godfather or SK, but for now we aren't lynching him.
