It does have a few different aspects to it, including being nightless and having the "white flag" mechanic in place, so please read up!
I will also be using an Achievement Based system in which you can unlock things (like in *insert console here*). I got these from Sméagol, and will be keeping track of them in my Mod PT. Some of these will be released at Day's end, some at Game's end. This will make more sense once they get going.

Rules
General Gameplay and Etiquette:

1. Read these rules. By asking any questions that can be answered by reading these rules, I reserve the right to point and laugh while answering.
2. Play to win and have fun! I don't know why these are always mutually exclusive in rule setups. Just enjoy and don't be a jerk! Good luck!
3. You may not quote private information (either real or fabricated) of any kind. This includes information discussed in any private chats, neighbourhoods, PMs, etc. Paraphrasing (for role claims, etc.) is acceptable. If you are unsure, ask first.
4. There is to be no personal communication outside of the forum postings unless your role PM specifically allows it.
5. This is a Nightless setup. Remember to get actions in in a timely manner regardless should you have any.
6. As a general rule you should aim to post a every 24 hours, minimum, to keep the game moving. I know some of you like to lurk, but don't make a habit of it please. I will prod players after 48 hours of inactivity. If you do not respond to a prod after 24 hours, I will start searching for a replacement. If you are prodded 3 times within the game, I will prod you after each 24 hours of inactivity, with no grace periods, and replace as necessary.
7. No invisible, impossibly small, or encrypted text. I feel this is a given though.
8. Don't edit or delete posts, whether you can or not.
1. This game will have public voting with no deadlines. Activity will still be required, but since the setup is nightless, deadlines are not required.
2. With the "White Flag" mechanic, the town will win if 2/3 scum are killed. Please keep this in mind.
3. Please submit votes as: VOTE: PlayerName or
Vote: PlayerName
in the thread. Votes will NOT be counted if they are not Bolded or Vote Tagged! Obvious abbreviations or nicknames will be counted so long as they are unambiguous. They will also not count if they are spoilered. A spoilered vote is a joke vote in the eyes of this Mod.
4. Please submit vote revocations as
Unvote: PlayerName
or UNVOTE: . Unvotes are not necessary before changing votes.
5. Since this is a Nightless setup, there is no option to No Lynch.
6. Once majority is reached, the game enters twilight until I post a death scene or lock the thread (obviously); all players including the one who was lynched may continue to post during twilight.
7. You may post one "Bah" post after death so long as it contains no game relevant information.
Mechanics/Miscellaneous:

1. This game will begin with Day 1.
2. As there are no night actions, NAR does not apply.
3. This is semi-open setup. All information on the roles in the game will be posted in the following post. Good luck fakeclaiming, chumps!
4. The moderator will never lie to you. All information you are disclosed is true. However, this post plus your role PM is all I will tell you, not counting clarification per request. As the setup is semi-open, I feel no need to really say much else.
5. Cheating may ban you from future Mafia rounds. Don’t do it.
6. If you are going V/LA or suspect you will be unable to post, please let me know, either inthread by
Bolding it
or via PM. Both I and your fellow scummers will appreciate this courtesy.
7. If I missed any important rules, please let me know!

This is Pine checking in. I don't do the coloring thing, so I'll just sign my posts.
The vote on Kain was my idea, discussed while we were waiting for game start. It is a serious policy lynch vote. From what I have observed, Kain is an unreadable, disruptive, and counterproductive influence, and as such will be my default vote unless he A) Grows up and posts like an adult who is serious about the game B) Becomes obvTown or C) A superior scumread is available.

Starting off real swell with my first hydra in years. A+ to me.
If flipped scum had a deathtunnel going on for Kain, I'd back off. There's lots of other things that could trigger it, but that's the first example that sprang to the mind embedded in my tank.
