1. Instant White Flag LYLO is designed to be extremely fast paced;

Basically, you are dropped into LYLO immediately, and one lynch either way wins or looses the game.

2.

You will have 10 days to make your collective lynch decision.

Choose wisely.
3. The game includes the White Flag mechanic, which means that town wins when only one scum is remaining.
4. If one town is lynched, then the scum wins and the town is endgamed, based on having 50% of the votes.
5. This means that either way, one single D1 lynch decides the game.
6. A lynch will occur when 3 votes have been cast on the same player.

This lynch will end the game, regardless.

7. I WILL BE STRICT ABOUT DEADLINE! Think of 10 days as being set in stone, with very few exceptions.
8. Players will be prodded after 24 hours without posting. All prods will be announced in thread.

6) I expect every player to be civil and to treat eachother with respect. Mafia is a heated game, but I'll interfere if anyone resorts to excessive insults, personal attacks, or bullying.
7) For your vote or unvote to be counted, it must either be in the form of

or VOTE: Aeronaut. Nicknames/abbreviations are fine as long as I know who you're talking about.
8) Players will be prodded after 24 hours without posting. All prods will be announced in thread.
9) Players who do not respond to a prod within twenty-four hours will be force-replaced.
10)Please keep the game active! If you're in like ten other games and are planning on lurking through this, just replace out.
11) I reserve the right to add, remove, or modify rules at any point of the game if it becomes necessary.
12) Pretending to break the rules is just as bad as breaking them, and will be taken just as seriously.
13) If you feel like I've missed something, or you feel I need to take action about something, please let me know in-thread or by PM.

Hi, no one vote please. We are in lylo. Scum will be strongly resistant to votes on their partner. The rest of us really need to make sure we come to a consensus before we vote because we have no info. to go on otherwise.

This game feels kinda weird to me. Half of the people I'm going to interact with are guaranteed scum? :S Scary thought.

Only once. But in that game I had 2 people I was 100% sure were scum, so I could safely ignore them and listen to my fellow townies.

I mean, I was wrong that time anyway, but it was still a very different situation.

I don't know if i've said this, but scum will have daytalk. I think i meant to change this mechanic but didn't. Either way, I believe that that's something that should be public knowledge.

Hi guys, not sure how to approach this set-up. Scum having daytalk kind of gives them an advantage plus we have no previous content to analyze. No flips, kills, etc. All we can do is read each other in the next 10 days and hope for the best. I'm going to be looking out for a couple things that might be scum indicators but I'll say what they are when/if I see them rather than tell scum what I'm looking for.

Hoping the ones who haven't posted say something soon.

Meh-That's actually a good point. I feel like you are trying to start discussion but the way you are going about it is in a way to automatically put someone on the defensive. I tend to scumread people who look for scum where there isn't but this is a different kind of set-up so o.k.
