0. Rules may change at my discretion at any time. If you think you'll be breaking a rule by doing something, don't do it (when in doubt, PM me).
1. Votes must be in VOTE: or
bold
tags to count. Unvote tags are not required before voting someone else, but can help with clarity. A majority of votes is required to lynch. No Lynch requires half the amount of living players, rounded up.
2. Days will last for
10 days
(extra week for Day 1). Nights are
48 hours
. No majority, no lynch. No action submitted, none taken. Extensions will only occur for site downtime and replacments (with rare exceptions).
3. Prods go out after
48 hours
of inactivity (
72 on Day 1
). If you do not respond to a prod within 48 hours, or if this prod will be your third prod, I will replace you. Post V/LAs in thread and please don't abuse V/LAs to avoid prods.
4.
The mod's color is dark red. Don't use it.
5. If something needs my attention, PM me or bold the phrase "@Mod" followed by what you want to tell me.
6. Be respectful and play to your win condition.
7. Do not discuss this game outside of the thread (unless your role PM or game mechanics allow otherwise). If you are dead, you may no longer post. If it's not in the game thread, don't quote/post/link it. No hidden/hard to read text and no editing/deleting posts if somehow able.
8. Do not pretend to break the rules or encourage others to break the rules.
9. All site rules apply. Nobody in this game has a role that permits violations of these.
Spoiler: Role PMs
Doctor wrote:You are the

At Night, you may target one player. That player will not die that Night. You may not target yourself.
You win when there are no threats to the Town remaining.

You win when there are no threats to the Town remaining.
Paranoid Gun Owner wrote:You are the

At Night, any player that targets you with an action will die.
You win when there are no threats to the Town remaining.
Jester wrote:You are the

You must compulsively target one player at Night. You may not target yourself. This action does nothing.
You win if you are lynched.
Lyncher wrote:You are the

Your target is
[PLAYER]
. You win when your target is lynched, if you are alive.
If your target dies Night 1, you will become a
Survivor
, with a win condition of "You win if you are alive at the end of the game."
Mafia Yakuza wrote:You are the
Mafia Yakuza

At Night, you may choose to sacrifice yourself. If you do, target one player to Recruit - they become a Mafia Goon.
You have a factional kill.
You win when all threats to the Mafia are dead, or nothing can prevent otherwise.
PGOs still die if they are killed. They also kill whomever killed them.
If the PGO is recruited, they will still kill whomever targeted them that Night - kill and recruit both resolve.
If any player dies on the same night they are Recruited, they will flip Mafia Goon.
Not sending an action results in No Action. The Jester's compulsive action/target would be randomized if no action was sent.
The Lyncher's randomized target can be anyone. Yes, even the Yakuza or the Jester. They remain a target even if they are recruited by the Yakuza.
The Lyncher's target is not notified they are a target, obviously.
Even with a Mafia lynch D1, game will continue until the Lyncher or his target is lynched (unless the Lyncher becomes a Survivor).
If a Lyncher's target dies on the same night the Lyncher is Recruited, the Lyncher will become a Mafia Goon (instead of a Survivor).
If there are two Mafia alive on D2 (Yakuza saved by Doc + Recruit isn't Deprogrammed or killed by PGO), they will be given a QT with Daytalk.
The Mafia Yakuza may perform the factional kill and Recruit action in the same Night.
If the Jester and/or Lyncher achieve their win conditions, the game (usually) ends. Due to the nature of these roles, in certain scenarios, multiple alignments may win the game simultaneously instead.

If you don't know how to lie, then how do you know when you're being lied to?
No snowflake in an avalanche ever feels responsible.
Uhh if you are infact the pgo, why did you feel the need to claim this so early...?
"just got my hands in cooking! feel free to give me suggestions. So far completed: noodle in soup, noodle stuffed clam over noodle, red white and bluedle american noodle, hot brown noodle"
Lemme rephrase then and redirect the question. Can anyone think of a situation where a town player would claim PGO? If you dont wanna share for any reason that's fine, just trying to work it out

cos this is role madness with scum and indie plus 2 town speshuls and I do not want the town speshuls to derp and target me cos wldn't it be kewl if we won this game as town.
in a minis or large? no. I wld have tried to bait the nk.
in a game this size? yes. cos that is the responsible thing to do.
I made a slight oversight in formatting the role PMs that I didn't catch between when I wrote them for the /in to mod post and when I copy pasted them to this thread.
The Lyncher's Win Condition has been changed to: "You win when your target is lynched,
if you are alive.
" This is both what I originally intended (and, arguably, was implied), and matches the alternate win condition I gave them. I will be editing the OP shortly. If you wish to discuss this decision, feel free to PM me.
My apologies. Continue as normal.
Pedit - Clarification because math is hard - it is 4 to lynch. Editing VC 1.00.
