Seriously, Firebringer? Almost no chance town has BG + mason recruiter + rolecop in a 9 player setup, even assuming the rolecop is neutered with both mafia as goons or something - not to mention we WOULD have hammered starbuck, if ocean and I were a team.

I never was trying to claim that was invalid? I am saying I don't think your reasoning makes sense for justifying your initial vote - you couldn't have known we weren't a team based on us not hammering before we'd posted, and your initial claim was that our interactions didn't look like we were partners, based on "Gut".

Just so we're clear, the mod gave you your role PM along with Grapes's action for N1 and N2, and for N1, you (grapes) learned that Davsto was a neighborizer.

Davsto claimed Masonizer.

They are both two different things. Neighborizer can be either alignment and neighborizing someone doesn't say anything about the either player's alignment but "masonizer" can only be town and confirms to the masonizer that the target is town - and to the target that the Mason is town.

If she confirms that it's a neighborizer, then one of [Starbuck, Davsto] is confirmed scum. The other would have to be amongst [Firebringer, Catboi].

If Davsto is town, Starbuck's claim is rather bold. I don't really see why town would have a rolecop which I guess could catch on to the bodyguard and scum neighborizer to pin them down.

If Starbuck is town, then Davsto has to be the scum neighborizer. He'd still be telling the truth about recruiting RedCoyote except that RedCoyote wouldn't know Davsto's alignment which would explain the lack of taking a stronger stance on Davsto and just unvoting so they can chat more in the neighborhood. He'd also know that he'd need to kill RedCoyote.

I'm ruling out scum-scum because if both claimed power roles are scum, then all town has would be a bodyguard which I think is rather weak.

Hey, sorry, replaced into a 40+ page game and have been working on a catch up over there since its deadline is sooner than this game.

Davsto scanned as a One-Shot Masonizer. He's telling the truth. I reversed Neighborizer and Masonizer in that inital post due to tiredness, but you can see that I corrected myself just below it.

I don't have a buddy to vote for. All I have is the information given in my role and the actions of grapes over the past few days. I wish I had started off the game in this slot and not be judged by the actions of those previously holding it.

Yeah, I don't buy this. If he's telling the truth, he'd have been confirmed town to grapes but grapes never took much of a stand for Davsto. More than that, you confirming Davsto means that Davsto is a Masonizer and we'd have a bodyguard, Masonizer, and town rolecop all in the same game which I don't buy. That's close to four town power roles in a Micro.
