I would like to ask a couple of questions before deciding on whether or not I wish to apply.

1) What would you consider to be the 'minimum requirement' in activity for a listmod, in regards to 'regular updates'?
2) How important is having good social skills for this position?
3) What does the position entail, aside from the obvious managing of a queue?
