Just to keep you on your toes, I'll be adding a new one every few hours throughout the weekend.

Oh and if you get any error messages, I'm sure it's just a feature I added and not a bug, so report them here if you can reproduce the problem.

Is "Always show First Post on every Topic Page" new? I've never noticed it before. It seems to take out the returns though, so that everything on the first post is one long line. Is that a feature or a bug?

well, the first post thing seems ok now but it's still a weird shade in mafsepia

edit: heh - in sepia, it goes to a lighter colour and in subsilver, it actually takes on the lightest of mocha touches - the OP when on pages other than page 1

It was obviously a feature! It was, of course, a side effect of all the security updates I did. They should work after resetting them.

View First Post on a thread by thread basis is possible, but I'd have to do quite a bit of thinking to figure out how to make it efficient.

Fix the first post so that -

Sigs don't make a mess of page width
Allows editting
Allows contacting the mod i.e. pm/email etc (profile buttons) are available.

Sigs are not a problem. Just, the coding is getting screwed up on the OP on pages other than number 1, screwing up page width.

Jeep, did you change the behavior of the little "This topic has new posts" icon (it's a red page in mafSepia, I forget what it is in subSilver)?

Mine are suddenly MUCH more persistent...which is a good thing, overall, but now they don't turn white until I leave the site and come back. Previously they were a good way to tell which threads I had already caught up on in this session....

Also, obviously you changed signature code a bit, as the size code no longer changes anything there.
