While I did definitely mess up on that count, I do wish you had informed me as soon as you realised you didn't have access. You're not an informed minority otherwise, and that's the whole point of Mafia.

For the record, and I'll bring this up in the main thread post-game, about 66 hours passed between you replacing in and me giving you access to the scumchat, and then another 70 hours or so before Day ended.

will most probably be the only Mafia left after today. They're a bit despairing at the moment and will probably get a bit more depressed after their buddy is lynched, but I think their prospects for winning are higher than they think and could carry it off if they bus their partner convincingly, deflect a lynch tomorrow and have a bit of luck with the Night actions. Which I think is feasible.

Our Serial Killer is also playing decently. Town could well see themselves playing the kingmakers.

BG was such a strange role. I feel it might have been better to leave it to scum to maybe pick so they have a higher chance to crosskill but at the same time protecting a cop/archivist felt pivotal.

And it was. Twice.

Especially once it transpired that Town was gonna take the investigative roles, Mafia should have leapt on the Bodyguard and Roleblocker (and Bulletproof, were it still available) immediately to ensure they could at least dispatch them quickly and without too much worry.
