My power has been clarified to detect Goons as Vanilla - so (as no real shock) there is almost assuredly a second scum team - huzzah!

Refraction suggests a bending of light, which often causes skewed or flipped perception - again, supporting second scum team. Probably their roles somehow reverse mirror ours, I would suspect.

I do have one interesting question;

@Mod - nowhere in my role PM does it clarify a night kill ability. Does this faction lack the ability to kill at night?

If the answer is 'yes' I'm going to guess that maybe the other faction lacks powers but can kill. If the answer is 'no' then...well, this is a slightly less weird setup, but will be a bloody and quick affair. ;)

Coolio.

Is multiball in mini normals normal? The only mini I've played with more than one type of scum in game was with a serial killer, while there was only a scum team of two otherwise.

Last question - can I target both the factional ability and my cop ability, or no?

@Shinobi - I'm pretty sure I've done it before a few times, frankly at this stage of my Mafia career so many of the games kind of softly blur on questions like that. I was actually wracking my head the other day as to whether I had ever been a Vig before a recent replace in (the answer was yes, I was a Day vig once - bringing my actual Vig shot accuracy to 100%...out of 2 shots ever...meh)

I am not certain if it is classically "normal" as regards the rules, but the rules also include the ability to do exceptions.

I will note that bussing as a strategy in a multiball situation is weak (personally, I am of the mind that it's always a poor play nowadays, but admit that's mostly me) but it is extra weak in multiball because once town figures out it's multiball all cred flies off anyway - so my advice is to actively avoid pushing me - I will assuredly find a valid excuse to scumread you sooner or later.

That's about all the foresight I have right now.
I'm planning to breadcrumb Cop and will claim a straight 1 shot alignment cop if pressed to L-1, at the very least it will spare me a lynch and obligate the other team to shoot at me. The only potential flaw is if there are 'spectrum cops' or something, which would be kind of cool but...meh, worst case it should cause a counterclaim, which is still fine for you by the time my butt is going to L-1.

Naturally 'Plan A' is to just run town on a wild railroad and crush the other scumteam first, natch. ;)

I usually take Day 1 in a very open 'wait and see' approach. Really, to my mind, this is the day to see who is potentially a threat, and just to kind of see where the cards fall. I figure as long as neither of us runs through thread wearing pants on our heads then neither of us gets lynched, and that's really all we want at this particular stage.

Want to wager that the other scumteam's PT is called the darkest prism?

You're having a ridiculous amount of fun with this flavor.

Toffee is scary and I'd like him out of this game ASAP.
Plotinus is an obvious shot in the future, but the other scumteam will probably shoot her.
Tool
might
be lynchable, but it's iffy.

Any leads on who else is scum? I would've sworn that texcat and Tool were scum but I'm biased towards killing people that don't do things. PLUS, tex was trying to lynch Tool almost all day. /shrug

I don't really get the 'scary' the core issue is how many people town read him, really, but we have a few of those.

In post 17, Shinobi wrote:Plotinus is an obvious shot in the future, but the other scumteam will probably shoot her.

Unless they think that ;)
Also, i did have a working theory that Plot 'slipped' knowledge of multiball - which suggests awareness fo scumteam size and, ergo, Plot is scum.

I'm out of town in a fairly aggressive work enviroment, and don't really have time to offer too many thoughts.
I'd tend to say kill Frogger or Plot.
I would advocate rolecopping Lapsa, as it is who TownThor would 'cop' and also, frankly, unless he's a PR we don't need to shoot him, but if he is a PR it's better to know asap as we'll likely ignore him.

I *might* manage to check in tomorrow.
You have total right and authority to place my actions as you will.

I'm reluctant to kill anyone that I have in my corner, but I generally tend to shoot people that are on the right track anyhow.
I'll spend some time thinking about it.

Eh, I suppose the number of people saying they didn't want to lynh BBT vaguely suggests he's a hard lynch - I'm just more enamored by the other two options.
Especially since I'm likely short for the world anyway - remember, I told other scum I was a cop.

Frogger is hard townreading me.
Plot had me as a compromise lynch.

Plot would probably be the better shot if we shot between those two.

The real reason I want Toffee gone is because it seems like he's the only one that has the ability to push lynches through.

Just a reminder, bolded actions must be submitted in QT by deadline which is tonight at 11PM. I know Thor is busy and whatnot so just make sure one of you submits something.
