Scout is pretty simple for me. You just have to be able to aim really well, since you're moving so fast all the time.

And re: Seraphim: Don't pick Engineer either. People get REALLY pissed if you're a crappy engineer.

Question about Spies: Is there a way to make it look like your shooting while disguised?

Demoman was actually the second class I played as. I thought it was simple enough. First was Pyro, and it's still my favorite, with the only competition being Scout.

Okay, if you can't fake shooting as a Spy, then how are you supposed to successfully pretend to be anyone but a Engineer or a Sniper? >.>

I'm gonna try my best to be around for Civ today. I normally play Prince on a continent map. I like bigger maps, but I tend to just randomize that so it's not a big deal. Never played online before so it should be interesting.

I'm overexaggerating a LITTLE there, I could probably deal with Epic. I've never played online and I haven't played at all in a while, so I'll be kinda rusty. Can players with DLC play with those without? Cause I don't have any except for Mongol, which I'm pretty sure was free.

Yeah. It's that I'm a total builder, and I don't really bother going to war too much. Which means that if I survive the Barbarians, I then have to deal with being surrounded by empires with larger armies.

Eh. It's called DIPLOMACY. I generally actually never build a military. Like, at all. I just have lots and lots of awesome that nobody wants to fuck with. If you give people 250 gold, they'll generally agree to a peace treaty. Also, keep an eye on your opponents and if you see them building up a military, maybe start building too. But then, I'm also pretty bad, so take my advice with a grain of salt. None of us are really that good though. Ani usually plays on Settler(lol), me and MME usually play Warlord, and Sotty(who is the best out of the four of us) plays on Prince.

A team would be pretty awesome. And I don't have the expansion problem because I don't expand; I usually stick with 3-4(sometimes even as few as two!) really strong cities and pick Gandhi so I don't get unhappiness from the high pop.

I found Civ V a lot simpler. The only thing that's more complex is the combat......

I took me a couple of tries to figure out how to play without the stack of death but I have found war to be more strategic then in IV because it's not just build a huge stack and go any more. You have to plot a little bit. I like it.

I just like that it makes it so that I don't have to make such an extensive military just to have it sit around in case I get attacked, since you can actually see the enemy coming.

See, and I would have won in about 50 turns too. I was pumping out like 250 culture per turn and I was just starting in on Freedom, which was my second to last branch. The annoying part is my sister called me to do something she could have done in about ten minutes :/

Yeah, I'm not a big military guy..... I had pretty awesome production though(longswordman took two turns), so I might have been able to hold on long enough to get a foothold, depending on what technology you had. Which now that I think about it, you almost certainly had better war tech than me. So never mind.

Also, just got off of a Single Player Civ V and owned 2 City States that attacked me for just about no reason. I swear I keep getting these messages about City States allying against me, then that they are going to attack me in the same turn.

I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT THEN. I just end up using my massive military that I get from City States + Early game (upgraded) to attack them and kill them. Even with 25 Defense.

So don't let them get pissed at you...... That's practically all I use money for early game.
