by far and large I do way way better as LeBlanc then any other hero.

I've noticed that assassins with an awful lategame still tend to do fairly well at my level (ie the REALLY low normal queue ELOs) simply by forcing a 4 to 1 surrender at 20 to 25 minutes on deoralised opponents.

while I prey on the sensibilities of my elo group like 1400-1600 level abouts, I still think LeBlanc has decent capabilities late game. But it's not really that. As a leblanc I mostly can do without lane farm which always winds up in the hands of either the jungler/top solo/adc after I win my lane. Then all that happens is I spend every waking second looking out for the next kill. I will sneak into the opposite jungle with wards fairly early on and wait in a bush like a python waiting for the prey to walk by for a min.

And they do. And there is nothing like tearing someone a new one as they slowly walk right up to you.

Played like a 55 minute game today. Our team was pushed into our base for like a solid 25 minutes, but we'd never let them ace us to end it, and we'd never ace them unless minions were flooding us and keeping us from pushing. We even lost all our inhibs + baron at one point, but we just didn't let it end. Game finally ended when I got to Malph ult Trist, Elise, and J4 all at once, leaving the diving Zed stranded and Trist/J4 temporarily useless. (FH + ground slam + omen combo too good)


Moral of the story? Ban Malph if you can't position, because he will shit on you

and

your carry at once when you're out of place.

1) Take barrier. Other spell is irrelevant.
2) Max E. Later skills is irrelevant.
3) Go chalice into athene's. Later build is irrelevant.
4) Spam E to farm/waveclear from 3 miles back once it's maxed.
5) Hope your team carries because you'll never get any kills ever.

1) I take ignite/flash. It's okay.
2) If not invading, I take E lvl 1, Q lvl 2, E lvl 3, W lvl 4, E lvl 5, max E after and then I max Q.
3) depends on lane. Against an AD mid like talon going for shard is good.
4) ok
5) if you get ignite there are more ways to kill! (your mid lane opponent)

As a leblanc main I will say that Leblanc is not op. She's a try-hard champ. And unlike what everyone says, I still think she has uses lategame as long as you do good early game (which you should)

I think the 'closer to the action' is realistically already something she does anyway. She maintains a certain range to ult and q, a range I'd say that most of her allies will be keeping as well which means prior to a team fight, she's within range of supplying auras. Which means if everybody gets jumped she's in okay position and if everyone goes in, it's not that big a deal to follow.

Hey dan what are your feelings about current lb? Still super strong in lane, or are you finding yourself aiming for roam more than lane pressure these days?

Recently I've been having some trouble killing my lane opponent, because without the silence successful trades are harder to pull off. Doable of course, but somewhat more difficult, especially against heroes like Talon, Kassidin, Syndra, Katerina, Ahri, and even Brand. As a result I am indeed finding myself roaming more, which is always a risky business where the payoff is minimal comparing the risk vs. reward.

I think Leblanc is still very much playable. DfG is still strong on her, and even without it leblanc can fair well, but her momentum in this meta tapers a bit faster than the snowball that was achievable earlier.

Also Zed is a pain in the ass to fight. One wrong move at any point in lane and he'll get an harass advantage that is almost impossible to curb.
