Gaming Headsets

I was thinking of getting one for my 360, since they're meant to be pretty useful and I've never had one before. Thoughts? I'd be interested to hear what ones you guys use and what you recommend/don't recommend.

Current thoughts are probably something like the Turtle Beach Ear Force PX22, which is apparently a good quality headset while only being $80. I'd pay up to $120 or so, but not any more.

Stick with turtle beach unless you are gonna go with the Polk 4shot.

Siberia V2 for life.
Routine day with a dirt cheap brush
Then a week goes by and it goes untouched
Then two, then three, then a month
Then the rest of your life, you beat yourself up

Thanks for the advice, guys, but I think I've found the definitive guide to headsets so I should be okay.

from my experience turtle beach are a bit overpriced. I have not been in the market for headphones in a while, but in the past I have had 2 turtle beach sets break from a shitty wire design.
after a wank.

Does anyone know of a good PS4 headset that doesn't have plastic on it that will crack within a couple of months? I had sony's gold headset do that to me and now a Turtle beach ear force stealth 500p has done the same thing in 3 months. I am doing a warranty claim on the turtle beach since I have a receipt that proves when I bought it, but I'm not sure if I want to chance the replacement breaking, and I'll also need something as a stop gap if I have to send it back to the company.
