The best way to do this would be to focus on getting reads primarily first, and when someone eventually asks you what you want role wise (either manufactured by us or naturally) you say you want to be Cop because you want to either force the scumteam to shoot you or die to prove your results, and that being in HoD showed you how powerful that could have been if you WERE town and could have cleared 3 townies.

And then I, not connected to this in anyway, can support you and go "so we'll kill Datisi when it matters, but I kind of doubt Datisi wants to be scum cop again after the stress of the prior game".

And at that point whether you become cop or not is irrelevant, because it's a free way to townread you.

TREASURER
Duties: Each elimination phase you must disperse town funds to the power roles.
Funding Sources:
There are two areas of funding for the town.

The first is the town budget collected from taxes. This base number will be randomly generated each night. You will receive a percentage of $25 in taxes from every town player left in the game. This percent is randomly generated. Each townie has a 25% chance of paying $10 in taxes, 25% chance of paying $15 in taxes a 40% chance of paying 20 in taxes and a 10% chance of paying 25.

As an example:

If there are 5 townies in the game, I would roll 5 dice:
Townie 1 rolls a 79 and pays 20
Townie 2 rolls a 70 and pays 20
Townie 3 rolls a 22 and pays 10
Townie 4 rolls a 99 and pays 25
Townie 5 rolls a 23 and pays 10.

The budget for that night is 85.

The second source of funding is to take out a loan. You may borrow up to a maximum amount of $200 per night. However this money most be paid back with 50% interest on the following night. I.e. if you borrow $200 dollars you must pay back $300. If you cannot pay the interest on your loans the town defaults and will not be able to fund any roles until 1 night after the default is paid.

Unspent funds stay in the town coffers for the next night.

Your budget tonight is $235

Honestly, I kind of wasn't intending to stand up for you, and I'm probably less likely to pick up on you needing someone in your corner than I am with other people. I think you can get away with funding Furtive because I can make the kill and he's never going to target me and we're not doing any other targeted actions. I think killing GL is the move we make if Alisae dies tomorrow. It fits as a kill that might happen.

I think killing SK and KDowns lowers our win percent by a lot. They're VERY tied in with me, if I flip for some reason one of them will be scum.

Which leaves me only UNOwen and Sheep.

I think we murder sheep. I think Sheep has run out of partners, is closer now to the top of the townboard, and if we let him get an investigation off, and Ali dies anyway, a second cop could conceivably verify later down the line.

As much as I want to kill UNOwen, there is guaranteed a scum in the council thread by definition, so with Sheep saying what he said, and me coming in at the end of the night to go "why didn't you fund me GL?" and explain it during the day as a like "I tried to see if I could make them not kill me" thing. Killing sheep+the sabotage makes it look like Sheep+LLD were both town, hence the sabo.

The only question is if I fake a tracker guilty.
