Koorong
From the scent of oil in the streets to the flickering neon luminescence of the city, anyone who has travelled the Regions knows of Koorong. It isn't just the center of trade and the hub of inter-Regional travel--Koorong boasts a thriving night-life, more criminals than police, and a labyrinth of sewers and tunnels that weave deep beneath the skyscraper-laden streets. There's plenty to do in Koorong; trading, gambling, drugs, fights, adventure, getting on Trinity's black list, inter-Regional travel, shopping, data mining, beast hunting, black-market shenanigans, finding lost people, and getting lost. Your ragtag team wasn't here for any of those things.
You're here solely to visit a doctor, and not for any ailments. It's said that a Mystic works in a small shack in the back-streets of Koorong, perfecting his art and studying the profane. The four of you seek an audience with him, only to find that he's been waiting for you all to arrive for quite some time. He introduces himself as Doctor Nusakan and explains that the Hide Rune is deep within Koorong's cave system. Together, you can brave the sewers and tunnels, fend off the thugs and monsters that lurk beneath Koorong, and emerge with some magic to call your own.
That said, all of Koorong is your playground. You have found Dr. Nusakan (or perhaps he found you?) with time to spare, and so you reason that you have ample time to explore the caves as well as fulfill any other pursuits you might have in this veritable den of inequity. How do you proceed? Where do you go? What do you do?
