furthermore e.g. maybe chick venge or something. but realistically that's essentially unwinnable but i could see mod not ending the game

if you actually are town the prognosis for this game is actually very good because it means no multiball, probably not even scum tracker either and hell even probably just fruit solves game next day but if not then venge guarantees

I have to play to that threat because if we do anything else and that's what it is the game literally ends whereas if you're SK or there's a 5th it's way more forgiving

anyways I promise I won't rush and will keep an open mind today (I'll unvote if people blitz for ex, although again if you're town there's only 1 scum anyways) though I'm going to bed soon

no, that's explicitly non-normal. normal guidelines say all flips of death have to be the same regardless of what caused it (maf, sk, wolf, vig)

So, all of the players have to be flipped of the same team.

Therefore, in order for the game to be winnable for town with a 4 person scum team remaining, there has to be a town TW AND a town Chick. You're town. I'm town. So a four person scumteam would have to be Ausuka, bh, Nos, Irrelephant.

mmm in that case although the game is "technically not unwinnable" its like pretty much unwinnable in practice

My info is that all of the roles that aren't vanilla, have something to do with the new normal rules (eg Hider, specific night, fruit vendor, activated were all whitelisted

After getting fruit I thought I'd play very lurky so no one killed me, but it backfired because I legitimately got disengaged from the game and super lazy complacent and badly lynching

If I have a critique of the setup it's that the informed + the role theme made setup spec too reliable and it made verifying claims themselves too reliable

Nah I mean. They had very little flexibility to claim whatever they wanted.

Nah I mean they couldn't really make up roles, claiming more or less their actual roles or with slight adjustments is kind of different. But any kind of making up a normally-usual role would/could've been caught up by your informed, for example before you outed.

yeah but it limits their options and flexibility either way and for example also makes town claims more believable because you can reason there's a good chance of almost everything recently whitelisted making an appearance, especially because of the informed

probably the ONLY out for TW in that scenario would be to claim TOWN JOAT with 1 shot of kill and don't "reveal"/BS the rest. then make no more kills so people forget and with some luck stop speccing SK

I haven't been active on site with any of my accounts for a while now, but wanted to pop in and thank Rask for that N1 "save"!
I now know I WASN'T the target for the scum-kill, but even now I think my assumption was reasonable and lead to some correct deductions.

As a sidenote: This was the only game I've ever replaced out of, and I intend to keep it as such, so I won't come back to playing until I've finally managed to sort things in my personal life.

Yeah, no problem. Just remember that I do get NK'd as a CLAIMED VANILLA TOWNIE all the same. My claim canNOT be trusted by the "evil forces" and those who know me well know that for a fact.

yeah wow. i would never have imagined scum would shoot you on that especially when you were also set up as the vig target ROFL. sorry about misreading you i really was baffled that you were like 80-90% focused about your own gambit and nk baiting strats over who should be lynched but i really should've done due diligence and meta on you or at least asked more from others familiar (though i think most of those people were scum here?)
