. Your prices are egregious, and besides the fact that I foresee nobody paying them, if you want to continue in this economy (overflowing with raw resources as it is), you'll need to adjust. We make several references to the Society's charter and economic guidelines - please reserve a copy for our home office on a Modded Server whenever convenient.

• Construction at 30 Iron Ingots/hr. is overpriced given that this economy is full of those who ostensibly want to build things themselves. We also advise base 8 for most transactions over single bars and gemstones, for obvious reasons, and since we're assuming construction is with materials provided by the client (if this is an incorrect assumption please provide documentation to the society so we may correct our assessment), we can recommend a new price target of 16:1 (Iron Ingots/hr.) and no more than 24:1 in extreme circumstances or if mundane materials are not supplied by the client.
  
• Your Wagon of Oddities needs an overhaul to match advised base 8 price points, as described in Section II, Subsection G, Article xii. Also, since Iron is a relatively limited commodity (and neither mob drops nor mundane Nether materials are as limited in combat-ready situations), we recommend a new price target of 1:8 (Iron Ingot:"oddities") for all "oddities" except in the case of Gunpowder and Ender Pearls.
  
• Gunpowder is a risky material to harvest. We can recommend a price target of 2:8. Please refer to Section III, Subsection C, Article i for the Society's requirements regarding environmental hazards of harvesting Gunpowder en masse (also called "creeper holes").
  
• Ender Pearls are a protected substance under Section III, Subsection E, Article iv of the Society's guidelines. Endermen are also a protected species, making combat between Humans and Endermen undesirable, however the Society is aware of the scientific nature of Ender Pearls, and recommends a unique price target of 8:1 (Iron Ingots:Ender Pearl) if they are to be sold on the market for use.

In addition to the recommendations listed above, we applaud your business for price target scaling consistency between Glass and Glass Panes (using equivalent pricing to maintain understanding of consumer value), though we question your profit margins if you only charge as much Coal as is necessary for production.

Thank you for your concern. We at Crimson Dragon Enterprises are dedicated to the highest quality of product possible. In light of this, prices have been adjusted to reccomended levels save for the following:

Ender Pearls, seeing as they are rare and useful items, are priced at 1 diamond to keep hunting down to a minimum and to provide the company with a small, if infrequent, diamond source
Due to the risk of gunpowder collection, our prices on that material are quite high. This will also prevent grief from destroying the server.
Magma block pricing has not changed because it’s cheap. We consider one coal a good substitute.
Prices for refusal to provide materials is intentionally high, to prevent this from happening.

We would also like to point out that farms for these resources (gunpowder and iron) will eventually be produced by the company. This will alter prices in the future.

We here at Bulba's Lighthouse have had a vested interest in the growth and preservation of the Bend since the beginning. Currently we are lending space to the community for mutual building, and while we are delighted to have new business ventures in the neighborhood, we must remind our new entrepreneurs that the protection of our local ecosystem is a high priority to the board. The Lighthouse prioritizes community projects and the beautification of the Bend area. Construction on the second and third levels of the Lighthouse are scheduled to begin in the next couple of weeks, and the first level will be retrofitted as a community center. The Lighthouse is interested in arrangements that will be beneficial to both businesses and the local community, and rental space will be available after Christmas.

i want the 1-wide wall around the town to be a 5-wide wall, using cobble or other mining detritus, as long as both the outer and inner layers are cobble. If you get the entire wall 5-wide without finishing an hour's labor, start making the whole thing 2-high with the same rule (outer and inner layers are cobble, middle 3 layers any mining detritus) If you run into any trees in your way, and clearing them would charge extra for landscaping, then bypass the tree so as to save on your billable expenses.

We have begun Stage 2 construction efforts. Stage 1 construction was temporary, and completed multiple workday in the past. You may have noticed the fields adorning our river bank, that were unsightly. As per our partnership with Bulba's Lighthouse and as a member of the Bend Housing Cooperative, once Stage 1 construction provided enough return on investment to allow us to dismantle the construction, we have returned this area to it's original grassy beautiful field, and have not recorded any loss in dirt density or ground minerals. We also did extensive testing of the Bend Water Ecosystem around our Stage 1 site, and have detected only minimal pollution of the water, indistinguishable to the Human Eye. This pollution was managed, and removed, and there will be no long-lasting effect.

Stage 2 Construction consisted of providing a long-term, aesthetically-pleasing base of operations to further out Bread-making Business. Stage 2 is currently sitting at roughly 85% completion, which has been deemed satisfactory for mid-term length of use. The proposal for approval of prolonged use while remaining at 85% Completion, awaiting better building materials that are more aesthetically pleasing before proceeding to 100%, has been filed with the Bend Housing Cooperative. All members of the Bend Housing Cooperative (Bulba's Lighthouse; Crimson Dragon Wagon of Oddities, a subsidy of Crimson Dragon Enterprises; and the Inferno Bridge Club) are requested to vote on if the 80% complete Stage 2 is aesthetically pleasing enough for temporary operations.

Stage 3 Construction is currently unscheduled, awaiting further resources. It will consist of a small abode on the far banks of the Bend, across the small water from the Mountain Mining Staging Area. This tiny strip of land is reserved for use by the Maru's Bakery.

As a member of the Bend Housing Cooperative, Maru's Bakery has partnered with the NoodleWall Initiative to fortify an extensive, mob-proof, aesthetically pleasing enclosure around the Bend. The beginning process of this construction can be seen in the form of a 1-wide cobble (and other mining detritus) path around the proposed footprint of the Bend. To facilitate this endeavor, the NoodleWall Initiative has broke ground on a public-use Mining HQ, located a short walk from Bulba's Lighthouse. This Mining HQ has a stairway leading down to the depths of the earth, at a level safe from auto-fill lava, while still being flush with diamonds. If the Above-Ground enclosure used to surround the Mining HQ is not aesthetically pleasing, NoodleWall Initiative invites any member party of the Bend Housing Cooperative to make changes to their heart's content.

To gather necessary resources for building and beautification, Maru of Maru's Bakery and in partnership with the NoodleWall Initiative took the liberty of collecting wood for use by any member of the Bend Housing Cooperative. So as to not fully strip the land of it's resources, Maru left a single torch at the location of any previously existing tree within the Bend area. These can be replaced by trees (or, I thought it would be a neat idea to leave a single wood in the tree's place to symbolize a felled tree "stump") at any time, by any person, to return the Bend area to it's original aesthetically pleasing nature.

(I edited the post after i realized i mixed up Surveyor's Hut and Mountain Mine Base Camp. However, Crimson Dragon is a member of the Cooperative through the placement of their Wagon. If the enterprise responsible for the Bridges is a Crimson Dragon Subsidiary, then I apologize for the mixup of thinking it it's own entity.
