This is unique, we can talk but there is only 1 silent dictator.
"Let us say that you are right and there are two worlds. How much, then, is this 'other world' worth to you? What do you have there that you do not have here? Money? Power? Something worth causing the prince so much pain for?'"
"Well, I..."
"What? Nothing? You would make the prince suffer over... nothing?"

Norwee seems like the safest person to Judge, less so with walter green but still so
Narset was townreading GC very very hard in heaven1 so I doubt she's pivoted all the way to wanting to judge him. With so many scum in the game we shouldn't have to ask her to play in that faithless of a way.
If she's considering spicier-than-Norwee takes on Dannflor and Cyth I would prefer she shoot Dann over Cyth between the two. Actually I would prefer she be slow to shoot and let us play this phase more. I'm not really sure.
A lot of trying to compare Cyth and Dannflor keeps coming up "I believe in my heart that Dannflor has more range" and I feel bad for having trouble getting any deeper than that

The problem is that Hectic isn't in his range either

I could tinfoil that my really strong townread on the player I have no meta on is wrong but, this game seems to have too much town

Cthylla only has tentacles, this is pretty unfair to it

. . . I kind of have pause about clidd feeling that strongly about GC town. Why are you confident on GC town clidd?

I understand that thesis but I wish you didn't have to use a triggering game reference

I have to swallow lots of pride if clidd is scum but cyth and Dann both posted townier than him last phase so it is a shrinking delta

Mafia is always that though. You can be at E-1 and post your wallpost and the swing voter can read your whole post and go "yeah but actually this thing I was leaning towards anyway VOTE: Green Crayons"
That's a distinction without a difference.
It seems like you have a different grasp of your win probability than we do since the ability to plead is the same here

pedit; isis can you clarify whether that vote is just a "I suspect this person" or a "I think Hayasaka should judge this person?"
the vote is inside quotes, about a hypothetical regular game where someone might vote him even though he's defended himself, the same way Hayasaka might vote him whether or not he makes more of his case here. I was illustrating a point.
I think Norwee is the safest shot from what I can work out.

AvP is Alisae V Pine. It was a large invitational game. I don't wanna talk about it though.

I kind of feel like I need to start over in a new game with him to read him right

I'm increasingly relieved I don't have a vote

Clidd seems really weird. That's such an explosive reaction to not getting townread from a slot that has been bouncing contrarian reads off the walls all game

This was a stacked lobby, the town probably would have won 6-3 nightless. It is somewhat hard to say because imbalances in the setup can influence the dayplay itself so you can't necessarily point at the quality of the game's consensus sort and assess how the playerlist and rand would have gone with a different setup.

Like I said in the scum PT I'm thinking Purgatory should be a 7-4 with the over/under being a need to hell 3 of the scums. Nightless Vanilla seems to suggests 8-4 nightless is probably balanced, so 7-4 with forgiveness for townlocking 1 scum should be less scumsided than that and possibly still too townsided.

If you remove to the white flag element it's not the same setup, but i think for it to actually be balanced around a simple majority helled scum the numbers would have to be as crazy as 7:5 heavenstart.

1 escape out of a 4 person scumteam leaves the reveal-townread-scum element in in a way that is plausibly balanceable.

Also if you remove the white flag element you could lose immediately upon deciding you townread scum day 2.
I would never design a setup just like that and it's available for signups in the Mini Theme Queue.

I'm going to play a mafia game in 2032, roll scum, paste at least 4 exact quotes from this game with only player names changed, win, and quote this post in postgame

Not sure why you would expect it to? It's still a 2:1 ratio of town to scum.
I know there's the "towns throw larges" thesis but it seems weak in comparison to plenty of test info about this ratio and how strong town's advantages look on paper.
Is there something else I'm missing?

Is there something else I'm missing?
- Town win if they achieve send 4 scum hells.
- Scum win if they send 3 to heaven or win a judgement day.
- After sending a 3rd scum to Hell the game will no longer have heaven phases.

Do you think that would be enough?
Is this all for a 10:5? Yeah, I think that's good enough to try out for a 10:5.

Hayasaka's proposed setup wins the game for scum on 40% scum in heaven and wins the game for town when town have the restraint to send only 20% of scum to heaven.

I didn't realize she has a redundant 60% condition. If you heaven 2/5 scum, it becomes impossible to heaven 4/5, so the scum have won. Unless you define it as a draw or something. Don't do that.
