I would /in for this if someone could explain the voting mechanism. Why, in the xample, does player get 8 votes, not 6?

I understand that one of the Blocs voting for A has more than one player/vote, but how do we infer which bloc this is? from that example, how can we tell how many votes each bloc had?

hang on, players A.B and C are SEPARATE PLAYERS, right? I thought A was one bloc, B one bloc etc.
