Priority 1: Winning. Does not apply; as this is Turn 1, no one can win this turn.
Priority 2: Conserving. Does not apply; Nancy has >2 Building Markers.
Priority 3: Scoring. Does not apply; Nancy cannot afford to rebuild the Obelisk.
Priority 4: Completing. This one applies, I think. Let's take a look.

Sorted by Crystals:

C2 - 6 (H+L+S): no. Could rebuild but not complete (5: Black 2 + Green 1x3; 3: White 2 + Gold 3).
C4 - 5 (H+L): no. Like above but worse.
D3 - 5 (H+L): no. Same case as C2.
A4 - 4 (H+L): no. Can only get 8 points of Gold (Gold 3, Green 1x3, White 2 + another 2); needs 9.
B3 - 4 (H+L+S): no. Not enough raw card value.
E2 - 4 (H+L): no. 7 points of Gray power (gray 1, Green 1x3, White 2 + gold 3); needs 9 plus would have to spend the Gray 1 to get there.

Nancy chose to use AutoPlay's move after being informed of what it was. She did so before deadline, so it will not be tagged as an AutoPlay move so as not to unnecessarily divulge information about her hand to the other players.

So we'd be looking at one of the Brown sectors. Card strength: 1, 2, 3, 3. They're both out of range, but she has a Gray 1, and AP would use it to complete a Sector.
5/3: 3+2, 3. 4/3/2: 3+1, 3, 2. Both completable. Wait, White 1 targets have to go to the same zone. Still OK for B5; not OK for E4, as the 2 is isolated and she just barely has the strength without restrictions. So B5 it is.

Gray 1: move to B5.
Discard Brown 3 to zone b; play a white 1 to turn black 3+black 2 into wild; play both to zone a. Discard nothing.

Still takes too long, but we can work on it.

Again, for practice purposes, checking AutoPlay for vincentw.

Obviously can't win. Plenty of markers. Doesn't have 7 Crystals.

Completing any building is out, as they all require a buying power of 5+.
On to rebuilding w/o completion. Also note: AutoPlay won't use movement cards just to rebuild (and vincentw doesn't have any anyway!). So anything that isn't within two spaces of D2 is out. Striking out the sectors out-of-range.

C1: could rebuild Zone A; can't do any others. (3+1 != 2+2 in this game.)
C2: could rebuild Zone B OR C, not both. Neither locks in leader, and AutoPlay doesn't actually have a priority list for Zones directly, unless locking in Leader is a possibility (which it isn't here). So we have to look indirectly. AutoPlay prefers to pay in exact change (irrelevant; it could pay exact for either B or C).
It doesn't like to use Wilds (relevant; B requires use of a Wild). --> Zone C it is.
D1: 3/2/2 in Black. It could rebuild any single zone, but not two zones. (again, 3+1 does not equal 2+2.) It'd choose Zone A, as doing B or C would require overpaying.
D3: Zone C only. (Blue 2 + Green 1.)
D4: Zone B only with the Gold 2.
E2: is Gray; not enough strength. It's out.
E3: requires 5 buying power in Red; no can do. It's out.

First priority: most crystals for completing. It will ignore Leader Bonuses as it can't lock in any of them. (It would consider Leader if it could lock it in.)
C1: 1; C2: 4 (ignoring Leader as it can't lock it in); D1: 1; D3: 3; D4: 1.

So that's C2. It'd move to C2, spend the Black 3 to rebuild Zone C, and call that good.

If Ninetales does not respond in time, then we have two rules coming into play.

First: resolution of a partial turn. Ninetales's movement is 100% legal; similarly, Ninetales can absolutely make a contribution to B3 with the cards she's played. So I think that doing an auto-extension is the wrong course of action here - we should process as best we can rather than apply an extension.

Obvious: she moves to B3. Equally obvious: she completes Zone B. What about Zone C?

Choice 1: Have her only contribute to Zone B. Use AutoPlay's priority list from the cards she specified to make the play. Brown 1, Brown 1, Brown 2, Black 2, White 1. Furthermore, she explicitly said she was using the Brown 1s as Wild, so we can overrule AutoPlay on that particular issue - treat this as Wild 3, Brown 2, Black 2, White 1. The Wild 3 has to be used, so we'd go Wild 3 + White 1 to make the play (the other two require overpay, which AutoPlay tries to avoid).
Choice 2: Have her complete Zones B and D instead of B and C. This comes closest to meeting the intent of what she wanted to do without using any resources she did not authorize using.
Choice 3: Have her complete Zones B and C by using one more card. (Either Green 1 or White 2 would work.) AutoPlay would pick the Green 1 between those two. This accomplishes exactly what she wanted to do, but uses cards she may not have wanted to authorize.

I dislike Choice 3. I think it sets a bad precedent.
I think if I were playing, I'd want to see choice 2 be made.
Choice 1 is closest to letter-of-the-rules, but still requires judgment to be made (with regards to how to pay for the card). So if judgment has to be made no matter what, I can invoke the best judgment clause and be done with it.

We will also set the official precedent of "trying as best as possible to meet the player's intent, but using no resources the player did not authorize the use of."

More AutoPlay practice.

Nancy cannot win this turn. She has plenty of building markers. She does not have 7+ Crystals.

Completing sectors is up next, and I think AutoPlay's choice is pretty obvious here. It prioritizes Crystals, and Nancy's got the power to complete the Palace, thanks to Ninetales's contribution. The Palace is worth 6 (8 with Leader). The Market Hall is also worth 8 with Leader, but the tiebreaker is proximity to the Courtyard, and the Palace wins that tie. (Plus Nancy can't complete the Market Hall anyway - not enough Gold power.)

So. Zones of 4/4/3 left to complete. The two Blue 2s take care of Zone B. The Gold 3 + Green 1 take care of Zone C. The Red 3 takes care of Zone D. Done. That's something like 8 crystals (1 helper, 2 leader, 5 synergy), 2 scales (1 dragon, 1 helper), 1 card (helper).
Ninetales also picks up everything there except for the leader and dragon bonus - so 6 crystals 1 scale 1 card, but of course AutoPlay doesn't care about that.

Note - I'm not 100% sure that Ninetales's submission was intended as a submission, so I'm putting this here for now until I can confirm it. If time runs out, I'll go with this as her move (sent via PM):

No longer has enough Crystals to buy a VP. So it looks to complete sectors, and it has a Gray card, so it doesn't care about distance.

Buying power:

Figuring out AutoPlay:

Nancy cannot win.
She isn't short on markers.
She doesn't have enough Crystals to rebuild.
Buying power: Black 2, Blue 1, Brown 5, Gray 1, Gold 1, White 1, Wild 1. The White 1 can turn any of those into Wild provided they're applied to a single zone.

She has a Gray 1, so can go anywhere.

A4: 8 Crystals, can complete (White 1 + Brown 3/2 = Wild 5, overpaying). Needs Gray 1 to move there, but Grays are authorized.
B1: 3 Crystals.
B5: 4 Crystals.
C2: 7 Crystals.
C4: 7 Crystals.
D1: 2 Crystals.
D3: 5 Crystals.
D4: 1 Crystal.
D5: 1 Crystal.
E2: 2 Crystals.
E3: 1 Crystal.
E4: 2 Crystals.

So: Autoplay plays a Gray 1 to move to A4. No Dragons moved. Question: how does it pay for it? It needs 4 Gold.

Use of the White 1 is required. Gold 1 + Green 1 only makes 2.
It will attempt to pay in exact change if it can. It prefers not to use Wilds - so given that no solution exists where only the Green can be used, it would logically prefer to use only the White over the White and the Green.
Gold 1 + White 1 + Brown 3: no overpay, minimum # of wilds used.

Result: Red Dragon pays out a scale, which triggers resolution. It'll be 3-4-4-4, so everyone gets 3 Crystals.
Nancy then gets another 8 Crystals (for a total of *11* Crystals); Felissan and Ninetales both get 6 Crystals (for a total of 9 each).

I'm beginning to think I made AutoPlay too powerful. Granted, this turn could be improved further - use the Black 2 to bring the Black dragon over, which would give Nancy another 3 Crystals; AutoPlay won't do this as it ignores the Dragons - but still!

Assuming Nancy uses AutoPlay's move, here's what's really crazy: she'll draw a Gray 2 / Gold 2 at the end of the round, and she'll have 15 Crystals. With perfect knowledge and no interference from other players, a player in her shoes could use the Green 1 in lieu of the Gold 1 - saving the Gold 1 for the Courtyard. 15 Crystals is just enough for 7+7+1. Gray 2 to get there, Gold 1 to buy 2 VPs.

Granted, everyone else will have enough Crystals to buy a VP; they should be blocking off all those cheap 7-Crystal VPs! But vincent's out of range and doesn't have a Gray card to close the distance in time ...

Still, 7 next turn and 8 the following turn is entirely doable. And AutoPlay would stick around to do it, as it prioritizes buying VPs.

I'm going to be leaving for somewhere right at deadline, so I'm going to prepare the AutoPlay post here for Felissan in case it's needed.

Figuring out AutoPlay for Nancy's seat this turn:

1) Current cost to win is 9 Crystals. She does not have 9 Crystals and thus cannot win this turn.
2) She has more than 2 Building Markers.
3) This priority is now irrelevant, as priority 1 completely eclipses it.
4) Completing buildings.
Nancy has no Gray cards, so is limited to buildings within a 2-square radius. C2, D3, D4, E3 are the only buildings within range.
C2 requires a Buying Power of Black 12 (5/4/3). She has an innate Wild power of 5 (3/1/1) and a Black 2. This cannot be completed.
D3 requires a Buying Power of Blue 8 (5/3). She has a Blue 1 (and the above Wild power). This cannot be completed.
D4 requires a Buying Power of Gold 5. This can be completed (by the Wilds alone, if nothing else!), and would pay 1 Crystal (ignoring Scales and Dragons).
E3 requires a Buying Power of Red 5. This can also be completed (again, by the Wilds alone if necessary), and would pay 1 Crystal.

Figuring out AutoPlay for Nancy's hand.

1) She needs 9 Crystals to win this turn; she has only 1.
2) She has >2 Building Markers.
3) If 1 is impossible, so is 3.
4) She has no gray cards, so is limited to two squares of movement.
Accessible squares: D5, E3, E4.

D5 pays out 3 Crystals (2 Synergy, 1 Helper, 0 Leader).
E3 pays out 1 Crystal (0 Synergy, 1 Helper, 0 Leader).
E4 pays out 5 Crystals (1 Synergy, 2 Helper, 2 Leader).

Completing E4 requires Brown 4 + Brown 3.

Note: AutoPlay prefers not to use Wilds. That means it'll use the Brown cards as Browns, *not* as Wilds - even though Brown 1 + Brown 1 = Wild 3, which beats Brown 2! One of those cases where AutoPlay's idiosyncrasies might cost it a little.

Brown 2 + 1 + 1 = Brown 4.

Alternately, Brown 2 + Brown 1 = Brown 3, leaving a Brown 1 over.

If forced to use Wilds, AutoPlay prefers Greens > Browns (as Wild) > Whites. It explicitly values a strategy of using all Greens over using a single Brown (as Wild specifically - using Brown as a Brown is fine.)

Ergo, AutoPlay will do the following:

Zone B: Brown 2 + Brown 1 + Brown 1.
Zone C: Green 1 + Green 1 + Green 1.

The more efficient play (saving a Green 1) would be:

Zone B: Brown 2 + Green 1 + Green 1
Zone C: Brown 1 + Brown 1 (Wild power) to make a Wild 3.

Formal stating if it's necessary:

Figuring out AutoPlay for Nancy's turn.

Nancy needs 9 Crystals to win and only has 6. 1) is out.
Nancy has more than 2 Building Markers. 2) is out.
If 1) is out, 3) is out.

Completing buildings:

Nancy has a Gray 2, so can move up to 4 spaces by using it. She also has 6 points of black cards and a White 1, so can finish any single zone with that combination.

Even with the Gray 2, she can't reach B1. That's out.
She'd need to spend the Gray 2 to reach E2, and the White 1 + Black cards aren't enough to complete it. (E2 has two zones left; even though those four black cards add up to 6, the White 1 requires that all converted cards go to the same Zone. If she were in normal range of E2, she could complete it by spending the Gray 2 on Zone C and the White 1 + Black 2 + Black 2 on Zone A).
That leaves B5, D5, and E3, all of which she can complete with White 1 + Black 2 + Black 2 + Black 1.

B5 pays out 4 Crystals (and a scale, not considered).
D5 pays out 3 Crystals (and two cards, not considered).
E5 pays out 3 Crystals (and three scales, not considered. Note - this would guarantee Nancy's victory next round! vincentw would get six crystals, but that's not enough for him to win. Alas, AutoPlay has a blind spot when it comes to scales.)

B5 has the most Crystals, so here's the move.

Moving: move from D5 to B5. Play no cards, move no Dragons.
Rebuilding: play White 1, Black 2, Black 2, Black 1. White 1 converts all three Black cards to Wilds; all of them get applied to Zone A, completing it. Nancy gets 4 Crystals and 1 Scale; Sirius gets 4 Crystals.
Discard/Drawing: discard nothing; draw 2 cards.

Notes: AutoPlay actually has to do its discard check here, as this puts Nancy at 10 Crystals, which *is* enough to win. But she already has a Gray 2 and doesn't need any Gold cards, so it won't discard (as normal).
Also, she has the card power to summon all three Dragons here. Doing that would give her an additional 3 Scales, which has the same effect as completing E3 - scale resolution and an extra 3 Crystals. 10 is enough to win, BUT - if everyone else picks up a VP before her next turn comes up (and they all can! everyone's in range and has the crystals necessary), then by the time her turn comes around the cost will have risen to 11 and she'll be one crystal shy.

I see two possible outcomes at this point. If either vincent or Ninetales go for more Crystals, Nancy wins. But Sirius has a path to victory as well:

Sirius: complete E3. 18 -> 24; vincent: 18 -> 24.
vincent: buy a VP for 9. 24 -> 13; 2 VP.
Ninetales: buy 2 VPs for 10 each plus 2. 28 -> 6.
Nancy: complete B1. 10 -> 13; Ninetales: 6 -> 9.
Sirius: win. Cost for VPs is 11 each; 11 + 11 + 1 is 23 and he has 24.

Sirius can also grab a VP first and I think he can still win on that path, so long as vincent and Ninetales buy 2 VPs between them?

The price to win (for those with 3 VPs) has risen to 11 Crystals; Nancy only has 10.
Nancy has >2 Building Markers.
#3 is overwritten by #1.
Completing buildings:

Nancy has a Gray 2, so has a move maximum of 4.

The only buildings in reach are B1 (requires spending the Gray 2) and D5 (does not require spending the Gray 2).

Nancy can complete B1 with the White 2. She cannot complete D5 - this requires 5 points in Gray and she can only muster 4 (Gray 2 + White 2 + any of her other 2s).

Completing B1 puts her at 13 Crystals, which is enough to win next turn, so we do the discard check again - and this time AutoPlay needs a Gray 2 (or Gray 1) to win, but doesn't have one. So it *will* discard this turn.

Discard priority is White (no; it just got spent) > Brown (yes, but only one card; keep looking) > Green (no) > Red (yes, one card, which is enough - stop).

So:

Moving: Play a Gray 2, move to B1. Play no other cards; move no other Dragons.
Rebuilding: play a White 2, rebuilding Zone B and completing it. Nancy gets 3 Crystals; Ninetales gets 3 Crystals and a Scale.
