She's in some kind of life support tube. It resisted our efforts at bashing at it. Shaped explosives might work to break it, but it also might injure her. I didn't see a way in or out of the tube which suggests to me she was teleported in there. Not sure of the specifics beyond that.

There's a few other life support tubes. One had been broken open from the inside. I've not seen any evidence of aliens beyond the escapee.
