itt - kori plays sky factory 4 (on prestige mode)

see the title. i went through some major shit with friends, so i made a sky factory 4 world and i'm gonna play it since i wanna play this modpack again. i played prestige once before, and enjoyed it, so i'll do it again.
what prestige mode does is locks access to some mods behind prestige points, (which is something I'm going to have to make and power, meaning i'll have to learn some energy-producing mod, maybe extreme reactors if it's present again, since extreme reactors is the goat of energy mods.)

anyways, i'm gonna post screenshots of my world and discuss my progress as i deal with shit.

starting with:

the world itself. i decided to do sky village generation, meaning i spawn in a sky village. i couldve done something else like standard skyfactory, but i thought sky village would be a nice little thing. i can trade with villagers, but most of their trades seem to be broken if they're a farmer.



anyways, first major update as i type this, i built a small little house, and i'm gonna get birch wood before i build a roof on it.



anyways, current goal is to build a cobblestone generator. i need lava for it, which means i have to make iron, (which i did), and a lot of other things. current goal is to build a clay crucible so i can put lava in it, and make a fire-proof pit

i should probably explain why i opted for village as well since there were a lot of neat world gens i could've picked - i normally always find villages in minecraft. it's a weird thing. i normally find them and in skyblock, i always try to build a village, so starting with one was a nice change of pace. anyways, i'm gonna build a normal cobble generator to make some extra cobblestone instead of farming trees, (which would probably be easier to do)

i've been doing some updates without really anything noteworthy, just getting saplings and making some gear. highlights have been making some tinkers stuff, and that's about it.

i'm about to actually start the grind for mekanism stuff, since ae2 is a far-away thing for right now, and get my first parabox done, and maybe start the loop. i have to figure out a way to generate infinite power first, and i think i might have a way through geothermal generator-cobblestone gen system.
