i'm a modified modifier, i get to target people and give them a negative utility modifier. i know what the next modifier i'm giving is (tonight i can inflict someone with weak), but i don't know any other modifiers beyond that.

nothing says i'm compulsive though so i wouldn't call myself negative utility on my own, i would be negative utility if i misfired
