You don't technically need to include yourself but that means you have to get all four other Operatives in order for it to succeed which is a low chance. I meant moreso suspicious because I liked the suggestion of having 2 players from the first group and 2 new players.

i mean a STD/TBone/X group is guaranteed to fail to me. I think picking just 1 lowers the chance of failure. Additionally, if we can figure out two evils now before we get to the 2 have to fail zone, that would be good information to have.

theres the 4th mission with 2 tries and the 5th mission with one try

if this passes we can afford one of the 2 missions failing

i just had two separate thoughts of, 1) I know at least one of std/tbone are bad and 2) i know there's going to be sus on me from being added and then a prompt failure so i wanted to get more info on other people. i didn't do the math that with the other 4 players, a new group always includes a spy when i made the suggestion we just get an entirely new group.

Not necessarily true? While I'm not on the train that it's both of you, I do know it's one of you. I don't necessarily trust Anix/Camel right now so I think my picks are a safe bet for my world to be true.

even from a town!mist perspective this is a bit risky dont you think? you have a 1/4 chance of a spy with another 2/3 chance of a spy assuming the previous was town. theyre not mutually exclusive so idk but thats what i see

i think better odds would be with tbone/std in one slot so its 1/4 + 1/2 instead of 1/4 + 2/3

if there's one evil in Mist/STD/TBone and 2 evils in Anix/Camel/Mallow/D3f, sure I can see how you're getting I'm taking a 2/4*1/3=1/6 chance I'm getting 2 other good players in this. But the math on my end is that I don't trust Camel/Anix or at least believe that 1 evil has to exist in that. and I'm not convinced that 2 evils don't exist between std/tbone. So I'm very content with my team here.

I'll do me + d3f/mallow + STD/T-Bone if my hand is forced, but I am so overwhelmingly convinced Mist is one of the scum thanks to multiple attempts at wacky math I'd really just refer to stick with the only team we've had that has actually won, plus one of me/d3f/mallow

From what I understand, we have three teams we can work with. Anix's proposal. Mallow's proposal, and D3f's proposal. At least one is a guaranteed operative so there is no need for Anix to be putting so much pressure on this team passing and the unnecessary pressure of "we HAVE to pass this team" is making me wary.

I think it is pretty clear Scum Mist is trying to keep us away from going AniX/T-Bone/STD. That makes me pretty damn sure the other 2 scum are amongst mallo/ccs/d3f. I'd nominate me/TB/STD right now if this was an earlier nom slot. But I am hestitate to go unless I am sure we can win at this failure stage.

i don't understand why we're not taking the opportunity to get more information on players who haven't gone yet and who haven't been trying to strongarm us into a decision. Especially considering they're going to propose soon and if we just think they're scum we're going to end up failing to STD/Tbone (who very much could be hiding in order to get to the 2 fail stage) or through ccs/me who we've already failed. Another STD/Tbone team is a waste of time and opportunity for info. It doesn't tell us anything new and we're running out of options.

Everyone has said this team is not their favorite but no two people have listed the same alternate team. I am not looking for everyone to say "Yes, this is the best team", I am only looking for "This is a team I don't have enough objection to to send us into the danger zone".

It's statements exactly like this where you're putting on fake pressure to justify sending in a bad team. like telling D3f "tomorrow you'll be forced to vote a team or we lose" when in actuality we have another two chances after this to get a better team. It's just odd that you're the most vocal person insisting on a team many have said is disliked and you just ignored that and still proposed that team and continued with the narrative that failing this team will be disastrous.

anyways i do want to pick anix because if operatives lose i want it to be anix's fault. but then if operatives win.... it's because i was properly baited.... anix did make a lot of accurate calls against me/ccs but we were also playing pretty outwardly scummy. anix treated mallow/d3f as interchangable which could be merlin like? by sticking to tbone/std, it felt like anix has that information right off the bat.

I feel like my second candidate is d3f, as quiet as he was. he was pretty good at staying neutral and not making strong statements against really anyone but then still voted for the last team despite not being on it. voting for that team feels very merlin like.
