Fundamentally no difference in the amount of kills that'll happen going all Gun vs all Bomb other than you can accidentally give a Gun to scum so what's probably gonna happen is everyone gets bombs and if you don't open your present it's a scumclaim which is basically no different than just having Nick be a Publishing Loyal Vigilante

The real winrate should be slightly higher than expected for town since scum are forced to slowroll ELO instead of instantly quickhammering

Also your 5p EV is wrong since:

• Town gets limmed -> 25% chance to guess the scumteam
  
• Scum gets limmed -> 3p ELO (33% town winrate)

It's impossible for the EV to be lower than 25% there

Are you sure it's 25%? There are more than 4 configurations of 2 out of 4.

Thinking about a "Cultafia Lite" setup, with 2 Cult members out of 13 players who can recruit one player on night 1, and have a normal nightkill on all other nights. Town will have their PRs assigned randomly AFTER night 1 (the recruit never has a PR). Could such a setup be balanced and fun? What TPRs would work well here?

Balance should mostly play out the same as a non cult game except that you'll need to consider a few more things:

• Town don't get any n1 actions (Because everyone is vanilla n1)
  
• Scum can't snipe any PRs n1 (Because everyone is vanilla n1)
  
• Game should start on evens instead of odds if there's no roles that'd change the number of kills per night like Doctor/Vigilante/etc. to avoid the game naturally ending up on MELO instead of ELO and the subsequent no-lim that comes along with it

Is this just nightless mountanious or was there supposed to be more stuff to the setup?

It's nightless mafia except getting hard bussed goes against wincon so that changes ev to make the game more townsided and also makes the game a bit swingier due to encouraging hardcore powerwolfing

We basically just wanted the numbers checked

I will note that aside from the survivor issue, the way you phrased wincons, if town is eliminated in f3 the game becomes a stalemate as neither faction can achieve its wincondition.

The perils of copy pasting wincon without proofreading, yeah that should be 50% parity for maf to win
