To be clear I don't think you are locktown, but reading the thing I think there's a subtle difference between "being able to shitpost as scum" and "having the perspective needed to see a world without scum" as scum. Maybe I'm reading too much into it but I am just not sure that as scum who KNOWS there are scum in the game you'd have the perspective of "wtf is this game that doesn't have scum". Which also happens to be my perspective because I'm still incredulous at light_ganski's flip.

And additionally I just didn't get any town vibes from SirCakez and I think this is the kind of posting he does as scum.

Okay I'm up to page 5 and I also saw the flips. My thoughts so far:

Bingle is probably correct that Drew and Dann are more likely to be town for not submitting intents. I guess there's a world where Bingle and Drew are scum together and Bingle told Drew not to submit an intent so as to be able to make this argument but I don't think it's something Bingle would actually do?
I also want to townread Drew's reaction to pressure even though I think they are pretty standard reactions that scum Drew could easily make, but my gut says town.

I also believe the scum in the smaller neighborhood's more likely Bingle, but if Ircher flips scum I'll take the pleasant surprise and chat to Bingle tonight.

rereading and saw this, it initially felt like tmi to me. but i kinda feel like this isn't necessarily a post that scum would make in twilight? considering ircher was flipping imminently, i feel like scum would be a lil more wary of dropping tmi in twilight. at least i would be. idk.

it's interesting that light_ganski was talking about motivation behind intents, i must not have paid enough attention. rereading that is kinda solidifying de70 as scum in my mind; considering the wifom behind intents was already discussed, i find the act of townreading me off of a shitpost even more questionable now.

undead poet's second intention also comes across as too self-aware in the way that scum is self-aware; seemed like it's possible they were worried about their activity levels and wanted to preemptively address the potential criticism.

i'll sit on it bc right now i'm worried i'm just doing the confirmation bias thing.
