Unnecessary Breadcrumbing / Vig Control

I'm sure Cyanide will have a town bullet in his head by tonight.

I suddenly want the hypothetical vig to shoot Chronopie...

At first Fate comes off like he's trying to breadcrumb as vig. The problem is that the town gains nothing by a vig roleclaiming D1 unless it prevents a mislynch. The only explanation I see for him to breadcrumb the way he did in the first quote is that he wants to get Cyanide off the wagon. This also fits with his wagon hopping between Parama and Blue (mostly the revoting Blue over and over). Hyping those up moves the momentum away from Dr. Cyanide.

As for the second quote, I'm not sure what to make of it. I'm not a fan of trying to tell town power roles who to target but there are very few instances where a scum group could gain something knowing who the vig is going to shoot beyond the obvious "aim for town" angle.

Preparing for a Blue town-flip

Then he said he was convinced of Parama's innocence. I read it as scum being, "hey look I was right" D2 after a Parama flip.

If Blue is town we can go back to Parama.

Something about planning for after a town-flip not based on that town-flip screams scummy to me. I'm not sure why it naturally follows to go to Parama instead of the guy who voted Blue three times in the event of a Blue town-flip.


I like a Fate lynch so I'll go ahead and vote him but there are other scummy people whose ISO's still need reading.

Exact details of how his role works is only useful to the scum. Since he's already out'd himself as a PR, he will tell us his investigation results after every night for as long as he lives.

- I don't like the fluff with Mae. He seems inconsistent between Post subject: 486 and Post subject: 780. Also, the logic in 780 is just staggeringly bad. The more I look at his ISO the more waffly it looks with regards to Blue. Post subject: 298 and Post subject: 310 are almost comical as 310's explanation is bizarre when you contrast it to the amount of effort he put forth in Post Subject: 204. Could speculate that he put less effort into Blue and scum-connections because he knew Blue would flip town.

Chronopie

- He liked Parama early on, but then again I didn't mind Parama early on too. As Day 1 went on Parama go more and more annoying. Still, less than a day passed for Chronopie to go from "liking" to "not liking" without really saying anything about it in between. Then a week later comes back with Parama as a "frustrated townie." Very waffly. Post Subject 315 is bothersome to me personally. I'm leery of people who ask how they're scummy. That kind of thing always reminds me of those old detective movies when the killer asks the detective how they did it or how they're going to prove it.


Chronopie is a decent lynch and I'd definitely like to have him dead before lylo becomes a possibility. MPR is inconsistent but I'm not sure if it's scummy or just a matter of him getting lazier as the day went on. Time will tell. Regardless, I prefer a Fate lynch over both of them as he was my strongest scum read on Day 1 and the Parama-flip has only made it stronger.

Doesn't seem likely. If Jag is town then there's little doubt Konowa's claim is real. If Jag and Konowa are both scum then we'd get a two-for-one special for lynching Konowa. Seems like a really bizarre gamble for a mafia that just lost its godfather. We won't know for certain until Konowa is dead though.

My other alternative are MEHPLUSRAWR, Chronopie and Mae (if he still are in the game).

I did that in my ISO 14 / Post Subject 479. Parama's flip makes me even more certain Fate is scum because I don't see Fate as earnestly pushing a Parama wagon ever--that is I think Fate pushed the Blue wagon a hell of a lot harder than the Parama wagon. Talking a bit about someone being scummy, voting them, jumping onto the next wagon that comes along, and saying "I'll get to you later" isn't scum hunting, it's distancing. I also don't like the fact that Konowa wants Fate to decide his kills. Feels like he deliberately picked the scummiest person in order to effectively give the scum two kills. I wouldn't be surprised if every Konowa bullet between now and when he's lynched hits town.

SpyreX has been dumb since his nonsense about Konowa being a vig in Post Subject 866. Not necessarily scummy, just dumb.
