Proposition X (B) - This proposition has five parts;

X.1)

Election of a GAMEMASTER

: If there is no current GAMEMASTER, players in this game may post, in this format,

Nominate (playername) for GAMEMASTER

. If any player is nominated by three people, that player becomes the GAMEMASTER immediately and gains two points. Players cannot nominate themselves for the post of GAMEMASTER. Once a player has been a GAMEMASTER, that player cannot be a GAMEMASTER until each other player has been a GAMEMASTER..

X.2)

Resignation of a GAMEMASTER

: The player chosen as the GAMEMASTER can resign from his post at any time by posting, in this format,

. Any subgame ongoing is terminated, the GAMEMASTER loses two points, and all "C type rules" is abolished.

X.3)

Impeachment of a GAMEMASTER

: At any time, any player may post, in this format,

Impeach the GAMEMASTER (playername)

. At that point, the current subgame is halted. Each player then casts a vote, in this format,

AYE

or

NAY

. If there is no NAYs, the current GAMEMASTER is removed from his post, loses three points, the current subgame is terminated, and all "C type rules" is abolished. If there is any NAYs, the player proposing the impeachment will lose one point and the subgame proceeds as normal. The GAMEMASTER and the player proposing the impeachment cannot vote in the impeachement proceedings. If a GAMEMASTER resigns during the impeachment proceedings, the GAMEMASTER loses five points automatically, instead of two points, and the impeachment proceedings is terminated.

X.4)

GAMEMASTER responsibilities

: The GAMEMASTER's duty is to create the rules for a single subgame of the GAMEMASTER's choice. All rules created in this method is termed "C type rules". The GAMEMASTER has sole power over the "C type rules". The GAMEMASTER cannot participate in the subgame. The GAMEMASTER's duties is to act as a moderator for the subgame. The prize for victory in any subgame is one point. When a winner is declared by the GAMEMASTER, the subgame is concluded and the GAMEMASTER steps down from his post and all "C type rules" created is abolished.

X.5)

Subgame rules

: When the GAMEMASTER posts the rules for the subgame, the subgame starts. There can only be one subgame at any time. The subgame must be possible to be won by some number of players. All players except for the GAMEMASTER must participate in the subgame. The GAMEMASTER cannot win the subgame. Everyone except for the GAMEMASTER must have a chance to win the subgame. The subgame cannot affect any A or B rules in any way.
