Dram does need a title. I feel like the "owl" thing works due to the avatar, and due to the fact that he is widely recognized as "THE BIG GAY OWL" or "HUGGLE OWL" or something of that nature.

Chevre titles are bad, though I think something Mish Mash-related for Chevre might work.

ReaperCharlie is banned therefore shouldn't get a title.

Regfan hydra title isn't that good of an idea. When I think 'Regfan' I don't think 'Oh that guy who hydras a lot'.

This falls into that category of THIS PERSON MODDED (A) GAME(S) BASED ON XYZ, THUS IT SHOULD AFFECT THEIR TITLE that I really don't like. It's on the same playing field as titles based on memes, or titles based on something a user posts all the time.

Just because someone has been here for a certain amount of time doesn't mean they should get a title, either, so stop trying to force one for hohum.

Now that I think about it, the nomination for AGM's title feels a little better once you consider it's in all-caps, considering the fact he enjoys jumping in the caps-play with everyone else and it's not just LOL HE MODDED A GAME ABOUT NUKES. But meh overall. It just feels forced for no reason.

I suppose I see your point, but my original problem was that it felt too narrow of a title to only reference three games, one of which is still ongoing. It was the same thing as when people were trying to force a title for danakillsu based on the fact he ran one game about the Green Lantern comics. I'd say you, Tar, are a bit more well-known for making mindfuck games in general, not to mention you have a bit more of a legacy with Mind Screw and your other games than AGM does right now. Like I said, the more I think about it, the more I like the title because it has ramifications outside of just "AGM modded a game with nukes in it".

I agree with Oman, to an extent. The creation of GP2 and it's early months are something that will be remembered for awhile, as well as primarily what I am known for (TSQ actually had to make a topic at some point telling people to chill the fuck out with "RECK IS GAY LOL" jokes). However, Korts also makes a good point that it isn't very relevant anymore. I may still post drunken sex antics in GP2 from time to time, but I've been in a steady relationship for almost 9 months now, which is actually a majority of GP2's life cycle now.

Plus, GP2 has become a social, community thread and I'm hardly the focus of it anymore. People like animorpherv1 have come out and gone through similar experiences to me, and it's more of a "let's just chat" thread than "OH LORD HERE GOES RECK WITH HIS GAY STUFF AGAIN".

The start of that thread is immortal, but I'm not sure the title fits me anymore... new, fresh faces who weren't here for the early days of GP2 are incredibly confused by my title. I do really like this title, though -- I think it's a brilliant title and quite funny, so anything that replaces it would have to be top notch.

On the titles submitted so far:

NSFW -- I don't think it really reflects me. I don't post images/videos that are NSFW... maybe Quag should have thi sone.

Our New Gay Overlord -- Kinda like it. Not sure if it's better than the current title, but I think it fits a bit better with a ton of gays coming out of the woodwork and banding together in GP2.

Discussed. -- Relevant to the first post of the thread, and that's about it. No.

Viewer discretion advised. -- see NSFW

Converted -- Meh...

Didn't do a fat girl. -- Now we're reaching back to the original "Guys..." thread which is nowhere near as infamous or relevant as GP2 (I don't even know if the thread made the jump to the new servers).

GD assists, 62 scores. -- Also not relevant since I've been in a relationship for so long now, and this would only really work if I were a) still single and getting laid and posting regularly [in which case my current title still fits better] or b) still dating dramonic, but I don't want my history with dramonic to be in a title.

Doesn't need a wingman. -- Just falls flat.

Comes in Pts. -- I chuckled a bit when I read it, but aside from the "Pt. 2" reference I'm not sure how this shows my personality or forum persona.

Out of them all, I like Our New Gay Overlord the best, but I still think there's better options. Title has to be perfect if it's replacing GD is my Wingman, because that title is fucking awesome.

Outside of LOLGAY, what else really defines me as a forum poster? I know coming out/being converted was a big part of it, but does it really make up the entirety (or even the majority) of my forum persona?
