I don't really like The Ruler. Too plain and not funny or rewarding enough. Also, makes me think he rules over things instead of breaks the rules regarding things. A resounding "meh" is struggling to escape my lips, but I don't wanna be a wet blanket if everyone else likes it.

I.e. if he can find loopholes in the rules you can use him as a standard for "okay, we should try to make the rules not so exploitable."
