if you like roaming around a map with no actual objectives except to survive and it being coop only killing floor, If you want linear maps with actual objectives and coop and vs, l4d2 (though honestly it's basically the same as l4d). If you like killing people senselessly, hl2 dm.

fast paced? normally it's nice and quiet at that point and you just take a nice stroll to the weapon shop.. then run in fear when the shop closes once more

garry's mod has a few nice mods on it.. (hahah get it?)

There's a mafia esque mod if i recall correctly that i heard was great fun

(I don't own garry's mod)

Edit: Also meant to say boo on you for not getting killing floor cause i could have played with ya : P
