Anyway, Capital Punishment > CAPTIAL PUNISHMENT for several reasons. The first is that it's prettier and less abrasive (and yes Umbrage, sometimes not being abrasive is a good thing) and the other is that the title references the caps lock thing in the words. It doesn't add anything by being in caps. One of those "less is more" situations.

It seemed to be based off of one incident that was posted in the DotA/LoL thread, that people joked about turning into a consistent thing (which would've been annoying, by the way).

I might mention that titles are supposed to not have a negative connotation. "That Guy" implies the whole "don't be

that guy

" speech that we always get at band camp...it's not a good thing. Though if Zepher really wants that title, then far be it from me to argue against him being "That Guy."
