@Johog: yeah, some parts are broken but they should hopefully be fixed by the next release

Not yet. But I'm definitely planning to as I heard many good things about it. But played Final Fantasy (I to XIII), Kingdom Hearts, Disgaea, Persona and many others

nice to see you've got an interest in the game. That's good stuff. We hope you stick around.

the newbie game queue is the reccomended place to start as even those familiar with mafia can learn the ropes of how it's played in a forun and with not too complicated a setup either. Games on MS can take weeks and the newbie games are great to help acclimatise

in other queues you can eneter too, but it's still reccomended to have a completed newbie game as more experienced players are in these games as well as more complicated roles and sometimes mechanics. Newbie games are a good place.

the newbie game queue doesn't take much more than 2-4 days to fill as the list mod is active enough, and it depends on the types of players enetering how fast the games fill up (6 newbies have to be accompanied by 3 more experienced players)
other queues are only slightly faster imho

tl;dr: welcome and newbie games are good places to start, but not compulsory
