Quote (Neo @ April 30 2002 , 20:31)That said, vote Mike Amok because he's jumping around with his vote a lot to keep balance what good does balance do for the town?Uh, I changed my vote once. And it was partly in humor, partly an excuse to indicate that I'm in the game before anyone might say I'm being too quiet, and partly because if you're trying to use your votes to persuade people to talk, a person intentionally lying low is more likely to respond when there's actual pressure on them, ie. not when the other guy is ahead 5 votes. But anyway, that's all in the past now. Unvote: Beaudoin, Vote: The Master. I'd like to play with The IS a bit. This space intentionally left blank.-

Quote (Artist Formerly Known as Duke @ May 01 2002 , 15:11)Vote: Mike Amok for trying to prevent a lynch with his balance vote.I ask again: what possibility was there for a no-lynch that early on, with only two votes for each person? Or are you too determined to lynch an innocent to hear my defense? You're blowing a little, semi-tongue-in-cheek bit of nothing all out of proportion.Anyway, I'm really sorry if the thread being messed up still is my fault...This space intentionally left blank.-

Eh. ;It's much easier to lynch me than The Master? Well, I suppose if he switched his vote to me just to break our tie, then come a deadline, I'm gone. ;So I suppose you wouldn't need anymore support at this point to lynch me.Anyway, if this town wants to kill a guy for such a silly thing done right off the bat - and I don't deny that I brought this upon myself, in part - then at least you can be sure now that you're not losing a cop or doc. ;On the other hand, you're also guaranteed not to be lynching mafia.I wonder if The Master cares to speak up on his own behalf anytime soon. This space intentionally left blank.-

Quote (Neo @ May 03 2002 , 20:53)Everybody, the master has spoken near the top of page two.Yes, but he didn't actually defend himself, although he did attempt to provide an excuse for silence. However, I will concede that he doesn't really have much to defend against. The only real reason I can see given against him was he really seems like the type that'll kill DP or sooth. I would still like to hear more from him, though. This space intentionally left blank.-

Quote (Neo @ May 10 2002 , 16:14)FOS Mike for making the worst attempt to slow a bandwagon that I've ever seen. What exactly was so terrible about it? And maybe I'm just an idealistic newbie, but I don't see what's wrong with the idea that we should be careful about lynching someone who's obviously inactive. I'd have no problem with voting pika if he/she was around to put up a defense. Although, I guess it'd suck for pika's replacement if we lynched them as soon as they joined the game. Anyway, you jaded folk do what you want, and please pardon my reluctance.By the way, how much are we allowed to talk about other games? I was going to compare this situation to one from another game I'm in, but wasn't sure if it was inappropriate. The game's still running, but I wouldn't be revealing any information anyway. This space intentionally left blank.-

I'm sure, Sketchwick... But you want us to lynchdethwinginstead? We already lynched an inactive person, and that didn't turn out so well.
Instead, I'llvote: JDTAY. He's been pretty quiet, but not inactive. Then he jumped on the Sketchwick bandwagon with this reason:
Correct me if I'm wrong, JDTAY, butJDTAY wrote:Didn't vote on The Master bandwagon, then was the first to vote for the defenseless pika second roundyoudidn't vote for The Master, either. And, perhaps conveniently, you didn't speak up in protest of pikachamp's lynching untilafterhe had already reached majority. This space intentionally left blank.-

Duh. There was hardly even logic. I think I pointed out myself that there wasn't much reason for it. But that's first days for you. We just got lucky this time. However...JDTAY wrote:Bah. Fine, It's about time someone said it. The Master was lynched on complete and utter crap logic
ThenJDTAY wrote:there was no reason for anyone to vote him other to save their own skin by ensuring they wouldn't be lynched first round.whydid you list his not voting for The Master as a reason you were voting Sketchwick? Idon'tagree that having not voted for The Master is particularly suspicious. My reason, among others, for voting you is that you're full of crap. This space intentionally left blank.-

JDTAY wrote:If he was mafia, someone would have informed him of the votes against him.Huh?Who would have? Mafia can't communicate during the day... Sorry if I'm misunderstanding you here, I know you've played this game before.
Anyway, pika wasnot"obviously innocent."This space intentionally left blank.-

So half the players have been totally or nearly silent the entire game (like mole, who's only posted twice, the last time being on page 7), and we're probably going to lynch another active person today, just cause we don't have anything to go on for silent people. (I know, I'm not one to talk here, since this is technically my first post the entire game.) I'llvote: Zealotfor now, maybe go with mole later if he remains quiet... although somehow it doesn't seem like mole would be this blatantly silent as mafia. I really don't know that, it just doesn't seem like how a more experienced player would play. Whereas Zealot was similarly quiet in GL newbie mafia 5, iirc, where he was mafia. This space intentionally left blank.-

What's to discuss? You didn't even give a reason for voting mikegoo, jeep. You and I have been completely silent most of the game. mikegoo has only a handful of posts. There isn't much to go on.
By the way, jeep. We have 3 dead Fibonaccis and 4 dead Avogadros, so there has to be 2 Fibs and 1 Av left to be balanced. Try and correct me if you think I'm wrong. This space intentionally left blank.-
