Regfan hydra title isn't that good of an idea. When I think 'Regfan' I don't think 'Oh that guy who hydras a lot'.

If someone has to be onsite six months to be nominated for a title, I think that also, only people who have been here six months should be nominating, voting, and discussing titles.

Whilst rather embarrassing for me at The Time I do agree that it doesn't have much of a lasting impact imho.
Aside from that typo my Grammar is mostly okay with the possible exception of all those capitalisations I often subconsciously put into my typing.

well I even admitted I sometimes capitalise words without thinking about it so it isn't really an actual joke

not too keen on grammar/spelling titles in general anyways. Just weak and flaccid at best imho.
