Okay so apparently it's not possible to merge the old thread into the new one?

I was able to recover Pages: 1-13, 17-18, 20, 22-29, 32, 34-35, 38-39 (29 pages total)

That means we're missing: 14-16, 19, 21, 30-31, 33, 36-37 (10 pages total)


The forum crashed when Agent P was voting chauchaudotcom so we'll just reopen it with that vote count. Four people have messaged me that they want to continue. I'll prod the fifth person again to see if we can't get everyone.

I'll give everyone a few days to try to go through the recovered threads and catch up. Let's use a normal "night" window of 72 hours for that.

Sorry for my delay, I was also gone this week.

Neither Mist nor zMuffinMan has responded to the prod I sent out a week ago.


So basically what Agent P said above seem to be our options... what do you guys prefer? I added a 4th option, although it seems unlikely given that it will be hard for anyone new to catch up.

1 - End the game as a fatality of the server failure
2 - mod kill the two inactive and if we still have a game play on
3 - The 3 of us play on but effectively have to lynch one of the two inactive anyway to there will not be a lynch.

4 - Try to find 2 replacements to finish the game at full strength

Alright, well I hate to do this, but in order to help bring this to a conclusion....

After a brief debate, Agent P and Empking decide to string up chauchaudotcom. Once the deed was done, Agent P looked over the body with a satisfactory grin. "Yup, he had to have been the last bad guy!" he said eagerly. "Well, not quite" Empking replied, "see, I was the guy you were looking for. Poor chauchau knew it too, but he couldn't convince you. Too bad!"

Well, that was a disappointing way to end the game, via modkills, but I don't think it really changed anything. Agent P had put chauchau within lynching range back before the crash and it seemed unlikely that he was going to unvote, especially after Emp and Muffin posted within minutes of each other but didn't hammer (not sure why they didn't).

I also don't understand - zMuffinMan responded to my messages and said he did want to resume the game, but then he disappeared. He didn't post and then didn't pick up his prod...

Mist Beauty never responded to the message about resuming the game and if Muffin had come back then I would have looked into replacing her so that it wasn't 2 town vs 2 scum in LyLo - but with Muffin gone I figured 2 v 1 was basically the same as 3 v 2 and, since it would be very hard to catch up due to the crash, I felt like it was better to just let you guys finish with a 3 player LyLo rather than have a 5 player LyLo with a replacement on each team.

Painted probably has reason to his madness, but I was baffled when he a) jailed someone besides the claimed tracker on Night 1 and b) refused to claim when he was getting lynched on Day 2.
