6. Mafia Encryptor (giving Mafia daytalk) is heavily dependent on what the scumteam is. If they're good at using the QT, it's absolutely devastating. If not, then it's nigh-useless.
It doesn't matter who the Encryptor is compared to the goon, since if either of the scum dies, they lose QT chat anyways.

It doesn't who the Encryptor is, but rather what the scumteam is. That's my point.

Yes, it's true that they lose daytalk upon one of them dying, but that shouldn't deter good scumteams who would make the most of the chat for as long as they have it.
