I better use this knowledge for my Emerald, too.
I still haven't been able to get Badges in Battle Frontier from Battle Tower and Battle Palace.

I loved the battle pike. Pyramid sucked the worst.

The only one I ended up beating before I —something— was the pike.

If you want to build the best time, you need to go to smogon, not bulbapedia. Using both is optimal, of course.

I looved the Dome most. Once I got the Pike medal, I was less interested.

In gen IV the factory is my favorite. I can't wait for the Gen III remake and hopefully the Emerald Frontier we all know and love.
