Hi. Someone shoot Empire for that awful video.
How many people long for that "past, simpler, and better world," I wonder,
without ever recognizing the truth that perhaps it was they who were simpler and better,
and not the world about them?

I'm not. I also couldn't care less that you think that. Pretty confident in this read.

Abscence makes the heart grow fonder, or something like that, Tierce.

DV, why does it matter if one has read/played with CTD? You were trying to use the concept of massclaim and CTD suggesting it as him being scum, when if you've gone that far you should know it is alignment null for him.

The presumptuous statement is more to that I've seen you as both alignments make a fuss over players who say "if X flips Scum then Y is next". Saying that DV, your opening post was scummy, which you now admit was on purpose (trying to attract attention). So you presuming that we would read through your bit is what I found ironic.

I hate phone posting.

Tammy's post doesn't give me any sort of warm and fuzzies. That can come from either alignment, especially considering how often Blue has been playing together lately. The timing seems a little ugh too.

Yes, timing.

Also, the read you gave was very lazy. Considering what I've seen of TownTammy/Blue, color me underwhelmed.

This has been a bad week for me, so if there is -stuff-, address me. I'm responding to stuff I remember.

I know how some other scummers perceive how I play, this regards initially to my page two town read on Tierce, I know she thinks I'm paranoid of her. (Even though MLP and Mafia in Trip say otherwise). I don't know if this is entirely true, I've never played with her her as scum. Her DV vote is what I would have done as Town, so as reaction I wanted to see how she responded to me calling her Town early and then brushing off the "wtfcritwallz". I think Tierce is Town. I'm not certain, but I think Tierce and I have played versus as much as any other person in this list.

Tammy mentioned I can read DV? Don't know how much this is true? Twice you've said this. I think I have a couple markers for DV as Scum, don't know how reliable they are outside of normal Scum markers. If you are relying on Zar, I would question why you think I can read DV?

These were my two biggest markers heading into today. I'll respond more when not Vodka.

If you are really looking for me to justify a gut Town read on page two where I liked your vote and then triend to further a read by means of meta, then I don't know what to say. Or are you just paranoid? HEY?

Whole time, I'm not worried about your read on me Tierce. We've been wrong on each other recently and I believe if you're -not- Town it'll show soon enough.

I know Empire asked me a question in regards to my read on Tierce? I have to do inventory and then I'll go find it.

Okay. I guess I can see where you find it inconsistent, Empire.

Tierce's vote on DV was Town (we've seen her jump on awkward early stances like that before as Town). So yes, it was a gut read on what I think to be a Town tell for Tierce. I know she's hyper sensitive of her own meta and with this list if notTown then would try hard as possible to mimic her Town play. So to try and help further that read I decided to out my read to see how she would respond (again, since I know she thinks I'm paranoid of her). I think if Scum, Tierce wouldn't have been as vocal about it and moreso just cast some shady eyes at me.

If you take just that question in a vacuum, I can see why it's weird. The entire context, including Tammy's reply, post 223, where she says she misunderstood what I meant about the timing of the post, I think makes sense. I understand the DGB situation, but in no way did I compute and equal what I said being anywhere -near- worthy of that sort of reaction.

Don't know if I'll get to the reasoning for those reads tonight since I'm limited to a phone until tomorrow. I guess it depends on how I feel since I got off early and may just go to sleep.

Like, I don't understand the relevance, or anything indicative, of asking Empire why -he- thinks it took -me- "so long to come up with the reason for Tierce-Town". Phrasing (why it took Konowa so long to come up with the reason for Tierce-Town) makes it seem that you don't believe my reasoning. If this is correct, again why not address me directly about it?

Got the job!

Anyways, short post short since I still have to work tonight. Empire asked awhile ago for reasoning (these will be short, so bite me).

penguin - Dissonance between 291 and 447. The whole "champion" bit at the end of 447 also comes across as BoP (I know not the -right- term, but close enough to what I mean).
Johhog - His play has been allkillernofiller. Nothing is coming across as someone trying to find alignment, moreso questions seem to be leading "Why are you [Empire] playing different", for example.
Wicked - Initially, I said if penguin then Wicked (I still think this read 480) , and later revised to he can go regardless. 484 made me throw up in mouth a little. Maybe I'm expecting too much, but listing right people and saying scum is in there? Saying that CES is in that group but that he always finds him Mafia so he's untouchable, I don't understand the need as Town today that. Then the softball request for views on DV and Nacho with lack of follow through. Seems like a complete swing and a miss of a post.

Because I am generally awesome and such.

Vote: Wicked

Note: I'm out the door in like five minutes to go take an exam for my state license today, eeek, and then work so nothing from me till tomorrow night probably.

It just feels like that at this point, Tammy. I've started a new job over the weekend which entails 60 hour weeks, so this will probably be my last game for awhile and I'm trying my damnest to not replace out.

Just to get my thoughts out as to where I am: Wicked (think points raised yesterday are valid and his responses don't really do anything for me), Shadoweh (think this sitting waiting on Wicked is Not Town, then with CTD flipping traitor the early push and then gradual slide bugs me).

I see DV's vote and initial response was that he isn't really looking for an answer. If he was truly interested in what I had to say I think he would've seen that I said I would continue that conversation after he rephrased his loaded question. I really don't know what to think of DV.

Response to Tammy: I never really thought N was scum. I think I thought the dissonance in her change in stance on N was not Town in that it seemed to be more of a sheeped thought process, a me too sorta thing.

I wasn't referring to Shadoweh's slide off of CTD (I don't think that would make any sense as an argument since she wouldn't know his alignment regardless of alignment) but rather CTD's slide off of Shadoweh which I think makes more sense sense CTD would've known Shadoweh's alignment ifScum. I'm definitely going off the top of me head but I remember CTD still talking about Shadoweh as Scum but ignoring her.

I'm interested in why CES took what I said as what he said.

Whole time. Here I thought it was a MD thing. Let's go!

I know I haven't been into this game since D2 start, and I think that has to do with flips from D1 reads and the fact this new job has me so busy. I don't think one-liners are a non outlier thing for me. I also think recently me being disinterested (really lack of better word), to LLmarble's point, isn't really an alignment tell.

I see stuff i want to respond to. I'll have some time tomorrow or Sunday to try and wrap my head around this mindfuck.

Just sent Faraday a message. I'm going to have to replace out. I'm not going to have enough time to properly play. Thanks to everyone in this game, and Faraday as well, for not having me on their do not want list. Best of luck to all.

Apologies for replacing out everyone, this new job has me grinding out 70+ hours a week. That block on Empire was made out of complete paranoia. I guess it transferred to him because I was so certain of that read on you, Tierce.
