You were ever good at sudden commendations, thenewearth. But know, I come not to hear such flattery now, and in my presence; They are too thin and bare to hide offences. To me you cannot reach, you play the spaniel, and think with wagging of your tongue to win me; but, whatsoe'er thou takest me for, I'm sure thou hast a cruel nature and bloody.

It seems my dear other head has forgotten about this game. :(

For the record, it won't be hard to tell us apart. I'm the slightly less vocabulary-inclined head.

Oh, hey everyone! :D

Alright, Kid A, you're not looking so hot, man. What gives? Is there something you need to tell us?

Still waiting on mine other head to answer KX's question, but I'm sure as hell not leaving an RVS vote on a growing wagon.

We're a hydra of Belisarius and Fuzzybutternut, the heads refer to which player is speaking at any given time.

It's the first time as a hydra for both of us so we haven't quite got the hang of it yet.

It's not a matter of discussing it; I can't answer KX's question about why Kid A isn't looking so hot because I do not know the answer. My other head does.

I'm really not satisfied with TNE's answer as to why Kid A got singled out and not KX when KX was the first to mention killing the scum's ability to capitalise on the anon vote, but the speed at which his wagon is building gives me pause. I'm going to have to think over the TNE case before deciding on whether or not to cast a non-RVS vote.

I'm leaning town on KX at the moment for trying to capitalise on the game mechanics and for calling out TNE on the illogic behind FoSsing Kid A when KX did the same thing first; methinks scum would be more apt to be happy to dodge suspicion. It's a microtell, but I'll take it.

It was three with mine, which is L-2. You, me, and Kid A.

I don't like seeing L-2 including an RVS vote--especially mine--when RVS is over. Is that weird?

TNE- whether it's OMGUS or counter-OMGUS, it's still bad, and you should feel bad.
Furthermore, there will be no signing of posts. We both dislike the idea.

Can we post more relevant stuff now?

Yep. His reasoning was ridiculous.

You do realize that a hydra is a combination of two people, right? Which means there are two brains working alongside each other. If you think we're going to be in agreement ALL the time, then you have another thing coming.

In post 143, KX wrote:@Hamlet, normally, as I've seen it, Hydras are run one of two ways. The first is were it's as though two different people, in which case they sign. The second is were both players highly utilize the ability to talk to each other, and establish the same or similar opinions on most things, and that they disagree on, they know why the others does so. In this case, they act together as one player. Also, I'm curious, what was the thought process behind to two of you deciding you dislike the idea of signing your posts, and would it really be such a difficult thing to do when it would help everybody else out?

You see, we want to be the second type. We are not about to just completely give up because it didn't go perfectly from the very beginning on the first attempt. Neither of our heads is French.

@Kid A- As I said, two heads are going to have two different opinions of a game. I can show you a game where two heads disagree all the time, but it's ongoing, so I can't post it as of yet. Because the two of us disagree on a certain thing is nowhere near an alignment tell. The fact of the matter is, we ARE new to this hydra thing, as I have never done one, nor do I think he has either. The case on us is bad.
@whoever asked us to use signatures- I'll discuss an idea with my other head, and see if he likes the idea, but until then, there will be no signing of anything. Sorry.

Gee Willikers batman! A townie!

Yeah, mothrax=HUGE town points for that.
On the case of signing posts: Nothing has been decided yet. Easter weekend, we both have family, blah blah blah.
TNE-are you going to defend yourself better than that? Mothrax's case against you isn't exactly weak.

So, about Kid A.

I don't like where he's attacking thenewearth for tryharding. That's not antitown, it's what we're supposed to be doing.

I'm also not liking ; Voting someone (the fact that it's me disnae fash me) and then offering to remove the vote given x, y, or z behaviour is what is known as bargaining. As town, I don't want to manipulate people. Follow-the-leader-type behaviour is inimical to town, since that way the scum only has to outsmart the leader. If everyone acts independently, the scum have to outsmart everyone. I will not be ordered about.

VOTE: Kid A

As for KX, we will not be voting KX today. Both heads are in accord on this.

Strong townreads on KX and mothrax, scumread on Kid A, null to weak townreads on everyone else but you.

Given that there's more than one scum, these reads will have to change. Working on it.

newHydra mistake, could only have happened with this mechanic.
