I'm pretty sure that was Boyz II Men. They chose Fu Man Skeeto as the name because "Boyz Fu Men Skeeto" sounded too much like they were selling out.

Seriously, though, I had a sister who was a preteen in 2001, so I know my boy bands reasonably well. The actual answer is N*Sync.

It was a stereotypical pet name. I'm not 100%, but I'm pretty sure it was Spot.

Did you know that BOTH of the cars the Munsters drove have their own disproportionately-long Wikipedia articles? And one of those cars was only in one episode? There is no joke here; Wikipedia authors are that sad.

EDIT: I just realized that sounds like I looked up the answer on Wikipedia just now, which I did not. The fun fact about the Munster Coach and the DRAG-U-LA drag racer has been one of my go-to fun facts for about a year now.

Well, prior to gaining independence Ghana was known as the "Gold Coast", so I'm going to go with Accra.

Well, I'll tell you what the envelope DOESN'T contain... tickets to an improv comedy workshop! And it's a good thing, too, because if it did contain those I'd steal the envelope and use the tickets on myself so maybe I could improvise a better joke here. As it is, you'll have to settle for
$50,000
!

Trick question; it was Salieri. Mozart just improved upon it.

Wait, that was just a generic march written for the Austrian emperor. And it was in a movie. That was fictional.

I'm pretty sure it was Haydn. Beethoven was German, and I don't associate Mozart with hymns.
