Radiant... I'm not sure what the hell you are doing but you can't post your role PM and I'm pretty sure Jester's are not in the "normal" rule set anyway so why the hell are you even lying about being a jester? Also, long time no see! I've missed you Judas

I've been lurking watching what was happening. I haven't gotten any strong scum feelings on anyone yet, and I disagree with my friend Judas (Radiant) on Mnuemonic. I've played with him before and I can't see anything different about him now then when he was town before. I'm tempted to vote theomoaner because I feel like if I have to stare at that avatar for a month, I might get it imbedded in my peripheral vision.- Lucky2u

Sorry sorry. Real life is full of stuff for at least one more week but i caught up. Radiant and nmuenoic are playing both exactly like I've seen them play town in the past which is to say, they come off badly. The person who comes off most scum for me is probably JJ. His last few ISO posts are agreements, fence sitting and appeal for some else's opinion. I know since I'm just coming back I need to provide more info, so I'll try to come up with a reads list today.- Lucky2u

Personally I am a fan of a EPM or Radioactive wagon today. I don't think they are a team but I'm pretty sure one of them is scum. I don't have history with Radioactive but I have a history of playing with semi hostile players that always end up being scum. EPM... he's just bad.- Lucky2u

Jon, I'm not going to jump on you for this because it's an honest mistake. Radioactive (Wolf) and Radiant (Cowbells, also known as Judas) are two different people in this game. I have no history with the wolf. I have a history with the betrayer of Christ.- Lucky2u

Concerning the question by Radioactive: I've actually changed my mind about that. At the time I was basing it off that Radioactive came into the game with a light accusation of EPM and I don't think a scum team would start that way.But you haven't really made your feelings of EPM known lately since you are kind of ignoring his wagon. In other words, I spoke way too soon, you could totally be a team.
Someone also asked me about Radiant. He was playing like his normal town, but he is starting to get a bit more unhinged and hostile than before. I am beginning to wonder if it might be the stress of being scum or he is just less reserved now (we played in a newbie game, so he might have held back due to inexperience on site)- Lucky2u

That is very true actually. I won my first game as scum because I almost always had the first vote of the day on my partner who was never actually in danger. When they found me, he was so secure because of my attempts to bus him that it wasn't until LyLo that they considered him and even then they failed. In post 263, Flench wrote:

Do you think RadiantCowbells is a friend of mine (that's where your vote currently is)?
Why would I suddenly be nervy because you were voting for someone that I also had my vote on, for quite a while?

Thanks I guess? It's true that I am actively being a little sheep like in the early game. I am taking a wait and see attitude currently. I tend to do that day 1.In post 273, sthar8 wrote:

The other game I was in (it's over now) my role and all the roles were based on memes like don't tase me bro, over 9000, and ceiling cat. I'm still here, caught up and playing. If you aren't willing, replace out, don't bitch that the game isn't as interesting.- Lucky2u

I don't really care about most of your arguments, cause they have a basis in good theory. However your rational against my calling for a two wagon race is flawed. First, look at the vote count and deadline. We are far from a consensus and at this rate will end up with a no lynch. That is worse than a mislynch because it tells us little to nothing. I'm fine with being one of the wagons, because at least it would get us somewhere. Only scum wants a no lynch, are you scum? No? Then vote and commit.
VOTE: lucky2u
Here is wagon 1, Flench has the most votes so he would be best candidate for second wagon. Less than 24 hours, me or Flench. Go.- Lucky2u

AJ as much as it's cool to quote the DICTIONARY. Arguing semantics is a waste of time. Context plays more of a meaning in the difference between policy and principle here.
So I guess we are just going to no lynch today? or are people ready to start voting?- Lucky2u

To the first point: The context was about the "principle" of lynching all liars. In mafia, as I am sure you know, this is what the business world would call a "best a practice". Something that should be done because it works best. Policy in mafia is a word most associated with Policy lynches which are lynches done for stupid reasons that don't prove a person is scum like being rude, posting too long or too short posts, etc.In post 413, Aj The Epic wrote:
So, you want to explain the difference between the words or stop blatantly supporting Theomoaner any time soon?In post 410, Lucky2u wrote:AJ as much as it's cool to quote the DICTIONARY. Give me a full day to work on Feel it after we lynch Lucky2u... Feel it smells of scum. Compromise lynches=bad. Flench is town, so let's move on. If you want theomoaner, I can help arrange that.
To the second point: I wasn't blatantly supporting Theo, I was blatantly opposing you for making a semantics argument which (as I said) IS POINTLESS. It fills time but goes nowhere and we are HOURS away from a no lynch, so I see wasting time as a serious no-no right now. If you continue to do it now that it has pointed out how useless it is to do, then you are just being scummy.- Lucky2u

Actually I was asking that to get reads on his answer. I wanted to see where his scum hunting logic was because there is no case for a feel it and me team. Now that you've made this post though, it kind of nulls my original intention. In post 474, mnemonicdevice wrote:Alright. Back from vacation. After reading through the 5 extra pages of stuff, I still like the Flench wagon. What town self votes?
However, Lucky also seems to try and make sure he doesn't look bad in the eyes of town.
Lucky2u wrote:Question N64, If feel it flips town, do I get exonerated because you saw us as a team? Also, in the case he flips scum, am I auto lynched in your opinion?
I don't like this. Lucky wants to make sure that he doesn't get lynched. Suppose Lucky was scum and Feelit was town. By the first question he wants to make sure that when Feelit flips town (if he gets lynched) that he is not the next target.
Flench still seems like best wagon though. Will go for a Lucky lynch though too.
Also my self vote was to spur the town into action against a rapid deadline. I had no intention of keeping it there and lynching myself. Radiant, I don't know why you thought that was a bad move, when it was no where near as bad as your self hammer as a doc.- Lucky2u

certainly. Right now I am favoring Radiant because (and this is what has gained me three votes) I changed my mind about my meta read on him. I went back to the previous game I had with him, where he played a doc. While he certainly ended that game with an overly dramatic self hammer, I realized I was letting his end of the game actions cloud my judgement over his over all play. At the start of the game he was very normal, he scum hunted, announced his reads regularly, and aside from a little fluff exchange between me and him, did nothing out of the ordinary for a player until he was under the knife. He was also paranoid about getting shot at night or mislynched during the day for talking too much.In post 499, jon_h61 wrote:I'm coming around to the point that lucky could possibly be scum.

@ lucky Remind me who is leading your scum reads, what makes you feel that way?
Here is a link to his ISO from that game: http://www.forum.mafiascum.net/viewtopi ... 1#p4974331
When it comes to the other players though, I am a little more undecided. Give me a few minutes an I'll explain with a player by player list.- Lucky2u

AJ: came into the game very agressively scum hunting. However I disagree with alot of his conclusions, his quickness to proclaim me scum (which you will see wrong when I am lynched) and his willingness to argue semantics. Null leaning scum.
Impetus: His scum hunting has been pretty dam good and I would sheep this guy if I were alive tomorrow. Town
Flench: For most of the game I was null on him, but he caught me in a pretty good inconcistancy. While it was just a slip up by me, his reaction to it was pretty genuine, if just a little bit aggressive. I'm still null on him because I can easily see a scenario where he jumped on that mistake of mine because he is scum and will explain away my flip as my fault (and he won't be wrong)
feel it: his posts are short, and he seems content to just watch for now. I would wait to see how he plays day 2 before declaring a read on him.
EPM: I don't know how I am dying before this guy. Scum.
N64: The quotes are borderline annoying. This guy is probably town. He has been critical of bad town behavior and been logical in all his opinions.
Radioactive Wolf: Again, I am ashamed to die before this guy. Probably a good scum candidate.
sthar: He hammered the extension and disappeared, where are you sthar?
Jon: Honestly I have no opinion here, I've kind of ignored this guy.
Device: Hell I forgot this guy was even here. He lurks and hardly contributes but that's his town behavior. I would love to see this guy in a game as scum one day.

I am vanilla, so not an important lose.
themoaner: town-ish read on him. Until he voted me. I don't like how he begrudgingly agreed with the vote like he didn't want to now has to. If anything, this guy is on the opposite team of AJ.
