How many times to I have to tell you that my scum game in each game I play is uniquely crafted to fit the circumstances and players I'm surrounded by.

So we have two imposing wagons one built up slow and incredibly hard to lynch, while the one fast but diffused just as fast as it built. This is interesting how the two contrast.

After taking a second look my town reads are pretty much split onto both wagons while my scum reads are focused on Penguin alien.

I think at this point in time I agree with fery about Smudger being more than likely town. His wagon is driven on his snark to LLD (I think?) which in our experiences actually lean town more often than it leans scum.

Fery tihnks that the early reaction was pretty bad but given how the wagon is stagnating at L-1 he's had a much more towny vibe. I...agree with that, but would like to add that when wagons stagnate at L-1 it's much easier than when the wagon is actually building (for the scum player that is)

I don't like the penguin wagon. Penguin tends to be the kind of player that gets wagoned easily for one or two posts based upon the way she approaches things and that's what this feels like. The choice between Smudger and Penguin is a no brainer.

I really don't like orcffery's vote there. At all. It's very shocking to see her scumreading penguin when she knows what actual scumpeng looks like.

Okay so as she previously mentioned; Penguin has a third mason. Us. I take it scum has all sorts of power up the yinyang and it's most certainly an SK not a vig to match the power of a three player nightposting masonry but hey. We were going to wait until twilight so we had more time to gage reactions, but given daytalk, scum almost certainly knows it's us.

We've done a ton of thinking about it over the course of the past two days, and we're pretty confident that the scumteam is {selkies, magua + 1 (possibly TPP)} and in that order. We have a huge townread on Syryana, minor townread on DDD, and a teensy townread on natirasha and Kanye. (We think SK is within the list above plus natirasha though)

The early mutual defense of selkies and garmr on day one makes them really fit as partners. Ffery hasn't really towned to either of us. Nacho's play day one fits exactly what he did in the Marketplace game. Break apart a townlynch wagon and try to drive a different one home instead for towncred. Mara's recent posts have been better, so we're currently re-evaluating there. LLD's interactions with garmr early day two just felt icky, but voting me when scum have surely figured out I'm the third mason feels like something of a town slip.

Magua lynch today, Selkies tomorrow. SK can live a day if they shoot selkies for us.

Kanye's comments on multiball would spook us, but it really wasn't pushed as an agenda or anything. LLD transitioning into a massclaim at this point isn't coming from scum, and I don't think I'd ever lynch her.

Natirasha's offer to go first in mass claim likely did not come from scum either. What you (cabd) said earlier about scum freaking the fuck out and waiting to react is probably correct.

Nat, LLD, Kanye. Those three had super town reactions when WIAC ousted himself, and they're out as scum picks entirely. Either they're all scum together playing off of their towncred from outing; or they're town. (They're town)



Now let's look at the reactions of the others.

Selkies just came in and claimed, with no engagement or comments on all the crap flying every which way. The method of the claim makes me think "mafia goon" but they could have some sort of PR. Selkies then goes for the minor things instead of the huge flying red flags flying everywhere. The nail in the coffin is their complete lack of engagement with you (club) once you were confirmed town.

Magua chose to take the chance be a condescending asshole to you (club). Then he goes on about LLD probably not telling the truth about her role, and the method he went about it makes me think he was setting up for a mislynch here later. Potentially a scum PR.

DDD arrives five pages late to the party; with a total disregard for the game state and instead going on about how being wrong on the day one wagons means he's not allowed to have opinions. Probably a mafia PR given the nature of his claim. Also him completely flying over the point of post 1403 seems kind of weird, and gives an indication he knows what PRs mafia has and is one of them himself.

Syryana was kind of just... there, but he gets a pass for today because his two vote preferences are our scumreads; so if he's doing an epic bus, town can figure that out later with some scumflips on the board.
