Alt/hydra account activation problems? Post here!

I have a friend who asked me to post this for him:

"Hey there. I made an account a long time ago and never actually used it. Since then I made a few new accounts while bouncing around names before finding this forum - I never realized why my accounts weren't being activated. If you could activate 5-Off I would be very grateful. Feel free to delete the rest. Thanks in advance."

He says feel free to use the email on his account to contact him and confirm all of this.
