In traditional mafia, it isn't.
In a setup like this, where killing cult will end the game, you have to fight with everything you have to not be lynched. This is his only defense against me calling him scum. He's redirecting attention off of himself and on to someone who already had attention on him by someone else.

yes, and i replied with I did not see any difference between this game and a normal mafia game where there is only one mafia left alive, and in the second instance, OMGUS isn't a scumtell, so why is it here? It seems like you're trying to fabricate reasons Oka is scummy, when he is plenty scummy on hid own without your fabricated scummieness

This game is essentially LYLO, yes? Unless a shot isn't taken. Scum have to do EVERYTHING in their power to live. OMGUS is a redirection of attention onto another player. Meaning Oka, who I pinned as scum, fought back with "I'm not scum, but you are." with no premise behind it at all. He floundered to get attention off of him, and somehow it worked.

To be fair, I understand why you shot Klaz. I had thought of him as possible scum as well, but I ultimately came to the conclusion that there was no way he could be scum. If I was in your position, I would've shot Maru and hoped he was scum, because, even if Klaz was scum, I'd say he deserved the win and would've been happy with the loss.
